I had a visa photo taken professionally but Pakvisa wouldn't accept it. Visafoto tinkered with it and it still didn't work but was quick to respond on this news and replaced it immediately with another version that worked perfectly.

The team communicated quickly and continued to assist until the issue was resolved.

Initially the photo didn’t get accept by the NADRA website, I emailed the support team. The reply came back within few hours with the correct image that got accepted. It was Sunday and they replied and sorted the issue within few hours. Great experience!

I tried to submit my photo for a visa application, and it was rejected a few times by the website. The Visafoto team helped me edit the photo to match the requirements 100% and helped me get the visa on time. Highly recommended

Paid the £8 to have my passport photo verified. Submitted it and it was rejected on my application. Telephone number did not connect, just a recorded message. Have sent 3 emails to their support email and not even so much as an acknowledgement. Scam company in my view.
