Great customer service. Got quick answers to my questions always by talking to a real person in the office. Really appreciate not having to deal with any automated phone stuff.

I am a physician and traveling to China for medical meetings. I found the Visa Hero office above the Chinese Embassy in DC . They did everything for me and were extremely knowledgeable about pertinent travel details which will definitely make things go more smoothly for me.

VisaHero staff is very conscientious and courteous. They informed us via WhatsApp or email of each step of the visa process. When the visas are approved, they sent us photos of the visas and tracking number of the return packet. We recommend this company ! 👍🏻

It was made quite easy to apply for a Chinese visa. Panda, the Operations Manager, was responsive and helpful.
