I used Visa Passport Pro when I needed my passport done in a week. Even though I had 1 week to do, I had to use 2-day option because of "processing time" and travel time by mail. These guys are going to get paid. So bear that in mind.

The staffer that I talked to was courteous and professional, and when there was a possible weather delay on my order, they called to let me know, and my order still arrived before my departure date.

If you can possibly get your passport done through normal means, do it. Don't wait like I did. But if you do need it done at the last minute, they will get it done for you.

Through the process I had a number of questions. I had great difficulty getting through on the phone but email was prompt and efficient. I did receive my passport in a timly fashion. But I never received any notification of the insurance I purchased. It was not even on my receipt but I did pay for it. I questioned my representative but still have not received anything. I am not sure what to do if the passport was lost.

I needed a Brazilian visa quickly and Visa Passport Pro came through with flying colors!
From the moment I called, they managed the process with preprinted FedEx labels, managed delivery to the Embassy and tracking via their website.
I was really nervous about the timeline because it was Carnival, but they came through with time to spare!
Quality people and a systematic process made it work for me.

This company got the job done and on time and gave me a few pointers I wouldn't have thought of. Once you actually speak to a real person, this works. However, until you actually sign up online, it's difficult to get anyone to return your call. They are not good about returning your call until you actually have filled out the paperwork and received a case number. Once I actually got all the paperwork in, they were right on top of getting it back before the date they promised. Actually, you can do the same thing yourself by mail if you aren't in a hurry, as you still have to take the paperwork to a place in your area if it's for a new or expired passport.

I was told that I would have my visa within 28 days, they provided the visa and they maintained contact and answered questions when I called regarding the progress of my visa app. It was nearly the same cost if I went to the consulate myself, but the consulate could not guarantee that I would have it in 30 days, more like 60, and they also wanted my documents for approval. I had a peace of mind that my trip to Brasil was a GO!

Got my China visa with no problems. One week turnaround

I contacted your company and asked the time frame we would be looking at so I could set my flight schedule . I was to fly out the following Wensday , I had to get my yellow fever vacine and send off everything to them fedex that day, including two money orders for 50 dollars to Ghana embassy and Diane ?. So I sent it out Wensday with my prepaid label. It was received Thursday but he made a mistake the money orders were suppose to be for 60$ Ghana 40$ Diane which would delay everything iset the the money orders and I was mad as hell . He received them Friday a nd got it offtothe embassy on Friday. To change my flight would cost me aprx. 800$ more and I was very worried and nervous. I got a call from Adam that my visa was sent out that night and should be here in the afternoon I waited and waited then about 4 pm I got notification my package missed the currier and would not be tome till after my flight left. After a lot of calls they located where it was and I had little time to find the place and get my package. I got there the lady at FedEx was nice enough to look for it before she went home and I got it. This all should of never happened and I feel a big apology is needed, also your people need to be accurate I telling us what is needed for this. In many ways I paid for this mistake lots a extra driving worry , etc.
