I would not recommend this site to anyone. True I did get my rush visa approved and sent to me in time but, I had to upgrade the urgency of my rush status because my 'caseworker' didn't bother to contact me for three days after I responded to his email. Next time I travel and a visa is required I will be sure to get it ahead of time and not leave myself vulnerable to this kind of treatment.

I got great service with getting my Passport with Rosealee but so far with getting my Visa I have sent e-mails to my Case Manager with no replies back. Oldest message I sent to him was a week ago but with Rosealee I got e-mails back within 24 hours even when I was freaking out about when I was going to get my Passport.

It was a relief to have this urgent need of a passport solved, and being guided through the process step by step. Everything worked out well for us and we received the passports in time.

They helped me meet a very tight deadline and gave me specific direction on what to do. They were very helpful and I followed their guidance step by step. It was easy and worth the money for the rush delivery.

The call to get my business was right away, but the one after I paid was a little late and that made me need to select a more expensive service.

As I was planning my vacation for just after New Years, I thought to check the expiration date on my passport. It had expired in early December and now it was a week before Christmas. At first, I thought I would just have to cancel the trip. Then I found your service. Almost immediately after signing up on line, I got a phone call from a representative who explained how the service works. Then, he talked me through exactly how to prepare documents. He asked about the photo I had and, when I said I was wearing glasses, he recommended getting another one. Lucky because the person had also not made it the right size. By the next morning, I had everything ready to send off with the FedEx mailer sent to me on line. Even with two holidays in between, the passport arrived in plenty of time for me to get my ticket and have a wonderful trip.

Will never use the service again

I was sorely disappointed by the communication and overall professionalism by the company. I did not research them well before, which was my fault. We wanted to cancel our order and our case worker never returned my husband's phone call. Also I paid for a 10 year visa and only received a 5 year. For what they gave it was not worth the 150.00 fee for their services and expediting. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

Everything was done as told to me. I received my passport back just as I had been told. Very happy with that. The problem was that my birth certificate was returned as well. When I finally got someone to return my call I was told they would go back to the Department of State, get it and send it to me. I did not get it nor did my emails, I was and am still in Germany, went unanswered for days. When I did get an answer it was that they did not know where it is and that I may have to get another one. UNACCEPTABLE. How can I be sure that my birth certificate is not being used for illegal purposes. In fact, Kevon Gederon with your company said in his email that the Department of State must still have it and I could call them if I wanted. Why would they have it? I am very upset and disappointed!

This service saved me a lot of headaches. I was relieved to have my passport in hand before I needed it.

I would never use this service again and would recommend anyone to stay clear of them. Initially they are very nice and helpful, but once they get your money, forget it. The only person that was even remotely helpful or responsive was Nina Gonzalez, but once I purchased the service and they assigned me a case manager, Luis Cordova, he never returned a phone call or responded to an email. And though I paid a very high premium to have expedited service, I did not receive expedited service. And while this is a 100% guaranteed service, when I requested a refund, I received the rudest response I have ever gotten from anyone in my life. Marsha Flaugher in their accounting department was so unprofessional and rude that she actually used bold type to say, "I guess you are refusing to consider that your delay in submitting your documents resulted in the late issuance." Apparently to them a one-day "delay" on my part (though I was never given a deadline to submit), justifies a 7 day delay on their part (I paid for 3-5 day expedited service).
Not to mention that if my case manager, Luis Cordova, had responded even once to my questions I wouldn't have been "delayed" a day. Several of the questions on the form are not intuitive.
Nina Gonzalez is the only person that I dealt with that actually does their job and is good at it. As far as i'm concerned the others could learn from her professionalism and thoroughness. Perhaps she should have their jobs, things might have actually gone smoothly and gotten done on time.

It was done in less that 10 days from the time we sent the Passports.

Process was easy but communication from that end was poor. In the end the passport arrived in time, they were speedy. However, I had to call them each time...and after several conversations they still failed to let me know it had been shipped.

I'm a little old to have never traveled to areas requiring a passport, and when an awesome cruise invitation came my way at the last minute, I thought I would sadly have to decline! Truly outstanding service that was delivered ahead of schedule! Unexpected business travel required I travel overseas. Checking my passport I realized that my passport would expire before while I was still overseas. Employing the standard processing procedure would not get me a new passport before I was required to leave on my trip.
