Сегодня было интервью на миграционную визу и я получила одобрение и теперь могу рассказать мой путь длиною в 2 года. Постараюсь коротко... но думаю будет полезно тем кто сейчас только собирается идти по этому пути.

Примерно 2 года назад я была на консультации у Сергея Полякова, оценил мои достижения и сразу сказал что нужно поработать над статьями, пособирать рекомендательные письма. Помню как волновалась, а вдруг я не подхожу, а вдруг что-то я слишком молода для этой программы. И Сергей сразу сказал что работы месяцев на 9 по сбру с моими стартовыми позициями. Но я собирала большего года.

Я видела в комментариях информацию что сергей не всегда отвечает. Но в моем случае он отвечал каждый рабочий день. Поскольку мы находимся в одном часом поясе то мне было удобно с вечера все вопросы подготовила после обеда следующего дня получала ответ. Мне этого было достаточно. потому что опять после работы садилась за кейс и по правкам и комментариям Сергея делала далее свои доказательства.

Еще момент: не думайте что за вас кто то будет что то собирать. Это ваша задача.

Я сбор документов бросала раза 2, даже с учетом помочи и поддержки, мотивация падает иногда, Сергей говорил так - Так у всех, главное делать каждый день что-то но делать. и это помогало.

Отдельно хочу выделить работу адвоката компании Сергея. Петиция такая понятная для понимания постороннему человеку и при этом так описана профессионально. Мне дали почитать петицию перед отправкой документов со слова - "Почитайте, может будут свои идеи". А я прочитала и думала "А что тут еще можно добавить? В ней есть все"

Одобрения в получала в июне прошлого года 2025, потом ждала назначения интервью (проходила в Канаде). И вот сегодня 1 мая я получила одобрение в посольстве самой визы)))

Просто сказать спасибо мало. Но я ничуть не пожалела о своем выборе.

Хочу показать свой экспириенс общения с этой конторой и предостеречь всех, кто рассматривает компанию VisaTalant (Сергей Поляков) для оформления иммиграционной визы. Это НЕ адвокаты! Сергей Поляков не является лицензированным адвокатом США. Это консультанты (паралегалы), которые не несут прямой юридической ответственности за ваш кейс и не имеют права представлять вас в USCIS так, как это делает член коллегии адвокатов (Bar Association).Ужасающий сервис и хамство!!! На мои конкретные вопросы о стоимости услуг и опыте работы с кейсами, представительница компании начала открыто грубить. Меня обвинили в «надменности» и «наглости» только за то, что я пытался узнать цену контракта до того, как оплачивать платную консультацию. Непрофессиональный подход. Если у вас сложный кейс и вам нужна глубокая стратегия, эти люди вам не помогут, их ответ будет «платная консультация» даже не уточняя нюансы вашего случая, им это не интересно от слова «совсем»! Им нужны «удобные» клиенты, которые не задают вопросов и платят за шаблоны. Как только вы показываете знание процесса и задаете серьезные вопросы, они переходят на личности и оскорбления. Категорически не рекомендую связываться, особенно если вы цените профессионализм и ищете реальную юридическую помощь, а не агрессивный маркетинг. Всем удачи!

I had a terrible experience with Visa Talantov, especially with a consultant named Sergey. After signing the contract and paying a significant amount of money, communication became nearly impossible. Sergey would disappear for days or even weeks without responding to emails or messages, leaving me in complete uncertainty about my EB-1A application process.

The lack of professionalism and accountability was shocking. Instead of providing clear guidance or updates, they ignored urgent requests, making the entire visa process even more stressful. It felt like they only cared about taking the money, with no real intention of following through with proper support.

I strongly advise against working with Visa Talantov, especially if you’re dealing with Sergey. There are much more reliable and responsive immigration consultants out there who actually respect their clients' time and investment. Save your money and look elsewhere!

I feel it’s important to share my experience with VisaTalantov and Sergey Polyakov. Sadly, I found myself a victim of what appears to be a scam.
They assured me they could help with visa services, but after taking my money, they failed to follow through on their promises. Their communication became increasingly vague, and it became clear that I wasn’t going to receive the assistance I was promised.
Please, learn from my experience and don’t fall into the same trap. If you’re thinking about using their services, reconsider. I'm sharing this to protect others from going through what I did.
