An ideal barrel contact lens holders and it's made in the UK too!…
I usually by double ended barrel contact lens holders for storing my cleaned gas permeable lens from my optician. However they haven't had any in stock. I looked on line and found what appeared to be the identical ones on your website. I particularly like these holders as the lens sit snugly and are easy to insert and remove. The product is also made in the UK. Not only was my order despatched quickly but, even with postage and packaging, buying several was cheaper.

My order was acknowledged by e-mail almost immediately and dispatched the next day. The goods were well packaged and arrived in the time slot that the courier had specified.

Boston lens cleaner
So pleased to have found the Boston lens cleaner! Small product in quite a lot of packaging!! Problem with delivery, Hermes left it at the wrong house and sent me a photograph of someone else's front door. Fortunately my husband managed to retrieve it.

Excellent service
It was excellent service. I had never used the company before so wasn't sure what to expect but I ordered online and two days later the item arrived; plus, as it was more than £30, the postage was free!

I am sorry that you did not receive your order in a timely manner, and that you had to wait over the holiday period.
Upon reviewing your notes, we dispatched your order within 2 hours via Royal Mail's 24 hour service. You were sent an email to say your order was complete.
However, I am aware at the time you were not given a tracking number and this would have allowed you to contact Royal Mail directly to query your delivery.
We have since updated our delivery partners, and processes, so that tracking numbers are now included in your order confirmation emails where possible.
At the time, we did have a notice on our website about Royal Mail's service during the holiday period and that deliveries could be delayed outside of our control. This was on a banner running across the top of the website, linking to a page with further information.
I am glad to see that on your tracking you did recieve this order on the same day as this review. As a result, I would politely ask for you to reconsider your review to reflect your most recent situation.

I placed an order, paid and it was delivered a few days later. However I ordered 2 bottles of contact solution and only received 1. I have emailed last week and still waiting for a response. What is odd is I was asked to leave a review but no response to my email about an item missing. Wish me luck!
Update - I have received the missing item now and an email response from the Company.

Having been a hard contact lens user for 30+ years it's been a nightmare trying to find Bausch&Lomb Boston cleaner since it's recall earlier in the year.
