Highly recommend using Vita Finance. Have used Dan for years now, and he continually provides incredible service that takes all the hassle and agg away from mortgaging. 10/10

We have used Tim twice now and Katie before that. I have nothing but praise for Vita Finance. Their knowledge, communication and support through the whole process has been exemplary. I would not hesitate to recommend them to any friends or family. We really appreciate all of the help they have given us over the years and will continue to use them going forward.

We recently remortgaged our property with the help of Dan - having already secured the original mortgage with his help 5 years ago. On both occassions, Dan's help was invaluable and he provided an excellent service, securing us a great interest rate that was better than what we could have got on the market ourselves. Dan had great inside knowledge, knowing when lenders were planning to put their interest rates up and making sure that we got our paperwork through before the rate change occurred. The process was hassle-free and very quick. We also found it very helpful chatting to Dan and getting his perspective on the different mortgage products available (2 / 3 / 5 year fixes etc.) and what would work best for us. We'll be going back to Dan again when we next need to remortgage and we wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone looking for a friendly and knowledgeable mortgage advisor.

Dan at Vita is excellent! He’s a polite, understanding and helpful advisor. I feel that he always works to help me get the best outcome in alignment with my circumstances. Tim was brilliant at sourcing a fixed rate mortgage deal for me - professional, easy to deal with and efficient. We had it all sorted after just a couple of calls one afternoon and it completed in a couple of weeks.

I met Kevin many years ago when I was also a financial adviser. Now retired and in need of a Pension transfer post divorce, I chose Kevin to administer and advise on the transfer now I’m out of touch with things. I knew I could trust him to be honest, generous with his support. He is such a likeable and relaxed advisor. I felt I could ask him anything and he would be supportive. I could have chosen from a career of advisers, however Kevin always stood out as caring and genuine.

Kevin with the support of Vita, could find the answers to any of the quirks & questions that arise with Pension sharing orders and his patience was very evident as divorces are rarely as swift as you’d like. He always supported with a reassuring manner and a great sense of humour. Happily recommend him to look after anyone who needs financial advice.
