Alvin was great! He was so nice and walked me through what the problem was and fixed it!!

Alvin is a star- I cannot thank him enough. I had contacted Vital Energi for a leak from the HIU unit. They told me the complaint had to come through the concierge for them to attend. Vital Energi then contacted the concierge and sent an engineer (Alvin). Without me having to do anything. Alvin was so good and knowledgeable; he listened patiently, checked the leak thoroughly, repaired it, and explained to me the cause, how to check in the future and how to best contact them. He helped me clean up as well and did an excellent job.

Dreadful company who send out engineers who dont have even the most basic parts.
Our engineer called the office and spoke to a woman on speaker phone. She began saying that she doesn't want to send him out on "SILLY LITTLE JOBS", I challenged her and she went silent realising she'd been overheard ,then she tried to deny it.
Job not completed, flat still hot.Unprofessional on so many levels. Why would you want to deal with a company that thinks of its customers as an inconvenience and a silly little job.

William is an outstanding engineer. After several stressful days without proper hot water, he took the time to investigate the issue thoroughly instead of making assumptions. He carefully checked every possible cause, explained what he was doing, and eventually found and fixed the problem. He was friendly, patient, knowledgeable and genuinely cared about helping me. I recently moved into a new property and discovered that the energy supply was set up on a prepayment meter. I wasn't aware of this beforehand and had no experience of how prepayment worked, so I found the whole process quite confusing at first.
I contacted Vital Energi, and their team were extremely helpful. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and quickly resolved the issues I was experiencing. The customer service was efficient, professional, and friendly throughout.
Thanks to their support, I was able to understand how the system worked and get everything sorted without any stress. I would definitely recommend Vital Energi to anyone looking for responsive and helpful customer service.

Skirmantas provided an amazing service. Explained what he was trying to achieve, thoroughly checked everything and was able to make a slight adjustment to the temperature on my shower which was pouring out too cool.

Had a really great experience with Vital Energi this week. We’d been having issues with our hot water pressure, and the team came out quickly to sort it. What stood out to me was that Nahim and Nick Psinakis didn’t just do the job and leave, they actually came back afterwards because they wanted to make sure the pressure was in the best possible position and everything was working properly.

That level of care and attention genuinely made my week. It’s rare to come across people who take that much pride in making sure things are done right. Really grateful for the help and professionalism from the team.

Skirmantas came to our property today to resolve a persistent energy bypass fault that was preventing our system from resetting and costing us extra money.
Even though he was initially supplied with the incorrect part for the job, his professionalism shone through. He went above and beyond, sourcing the correct component from his own spares to ensure the issue was fixed immediately.
Not only did he successfully repair the fault, but he also took the time to thoroughly test the entire system and explain exactly what was wrong. Skirmantas is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and genuinely nice to talk to. This was easily the best service experience we could have asked for. Thank you!

Ski visited today to fix a heating/hot water issue and did a great job. Clearly very knowledgable, taking great care to identify and explain the issues. Very thorough, spotted a further issue and stayed to fix it. Friendly approach and I appreciated the extra effort.

We haven’t had heating in our house for 8yezrs and he’s sorted that out for us and put a smile to our household.

Vital Energy have left my flat at Prebend Street, London, along with three others in my development, dealing with a persistent high-pitched noise coming from the heat interface unit for over two months.

The noise is constant—day and night—and exceeds 50 decibels, which is loud enough to regularly disturb sleep. Despite multiple reports, the issue remains unresolved. We have been given a series of inconsistent explanations, ranging from incorrect pressure settings, to faulty piping, to trapped air in the system.

Most recently, we were told that a specialist engineer is required. However, it has now been over 10 days without any appointment being arranged or confirmed. To make matters worse, after contacting their call centre, I was informed that Vital Energy does not even maintain the heat plant in our building—raising serious concerns about responsibility and coordination.

This situation demonstrates a clear lack of accountability, leadership, and effective issue resolution. After two months of disruption to our daily lives, I am now being forced to consider legal action.

Alvin was extremely professional and helpful from Vital Energi

I spoke with Emma from customer support about an estate-wide hot water supply issue half past midnight on 8th April 2026.

The issue was reported at least four hours (8pm on 7th April 2026) before the call with Emma as I made the first report at that time.

Emma was unable to provide any meaningful update even after more than four hours had already passe since the initial report. She could not confirm whether engineers had attended, what work had been carried out, or what the current status was. Responses were limited to generic scripts, with questions simply logged rather than answered.

This shows that there is no coordination between customer support and engineering. I would think the lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable for such a basic utility like hot water.

Other than this particular instance, the community boiler has failed repeatedly since Vital Energi took over. They recently replaced a boiler, then shortly after, we saw an issue again. This is raising concerns about the quality of both the work and ongoing maintenance.

- No transparency or reliable updates
- Poor internal coordination
- Repeated failure of essential infrastructure

The service falls significantly below reasonable expectations for a basic utility.

Brilliant service from Alvin Adiz, he came on Easter Sunday and made sure everything was fine and that I was happy until he left. He was a really nice guy and helped put my hot water back on.
