I had a water leakage from my Heat Interface Unit for the last 8 days and it was honestly exhausting. I was constantly changing buckets. One technician told me the whole unit needed to be replaced, but Aluin Adiz actually took the time to properly diagnose and repair it instead.

He even came after his out of office hours, travelling a long distance, and spent over an hour fixing the issue. His efficiency, dedication, and hard work were outstanding.

Thanks to Aluin, the problem was completely resolved and I finally got some peace of mind. He was a real life saver. This man truly deserves a raise. what a guy!!!

Following the recent boiler “upgrade” and replacement of heating valves carried out across the building, our heating is now not functioning adequately. This issue did not exist prior to these works; in fact, the property was consistently very warm before the changes were made.

As a result, the flat is currently unacceptably cold, which is particularly concerning given the time of year. Heating is an essential service, and the current situation is just poor.

The previous vital energy engineer has incorrectly diagnosed the issue and had ordered a part which would've taken months to arrive from abroad. I requested vital for a second opinion and they sent Alvin who did his magic. Thanks.

Work is finally completed. Thank you so much to Harry Hynes. It has taken 6 months to resolve my heating nightmare. No heating in the property for 6 months. Several Engineers and Electricians visited my home initially from Switch2 and then followed by vital when Switch2 contract ended. More than six people visited on four different occasions and yet couldn't fix the problem, until Harry turned up.

Very reassuring. Harry's words were "I am not going anywhere, until it's sorted out". He was truthful to his words. He worked the whole day, from morning till evening. Harry finally established exactly what had taken six Engineers and Electricians 6 months coming in and out of my home without resolution.
Harry fixed it in one day and I'm truly grateful. I didn't see him go for lunch, other than drinking water through out the day.
