**CLAPHAM CLINIC WARNING** The manager of this clinic, Shaz is is rude and unprofessional.

I forgot my mask for a booking of Oxygen therapy in Clapham. I asked to reschedule my appointment as I did not want to go into the container without a mask. I offered to run home and get it but that would take 20 minutes which was too long and there were no spare masks in the clinic.

I was disappointed to miss the appointment and mildly frustrated. The clinician said Shaz would call me to reschedule. Before this, Shaz had been nice and polite to me.

I was completely shocked when Shaz called me at home and attacked me on the phone saying I had repeatedly not brought my mask on purpose and was rude to his staff. I understand that people have different experiences and if my frustration at the situation was felt as rude by the very nice staff member, I wholeheartedly apologise as that was not my intention at all but to be called at home by Shaz and attacked in this manner was really unnecessary and upsetting. For context, I was using the therapy for ongoing fertility treatment. I had attended 3 times previously without any issue.

Avoid at all costs.

Contacted Shaz having just had a hip replacement. He suggested red light and hyperbaric oxygen therapies. He is very knowledgeable and caring.
I had 5 sessions of red light and hyperbaric in the comfortable Banstead studio.
My recovery has been exponential! My surgeon says I am at least two weeks ahead of his expectations
I will be returning to Vital for general health hyberbaric.
Can't recommend highly enough.

Shaz is amazing . So knowledgable and goes above and beyond to find the root cause of your problems and help solve and mend the issue . Very professional but also so easy to get on with and makes your experience very positive . I couldn’t recommend Shaz highly enough he really is amazing at what he does.

Shaz is excellent at his work, he’s very professional knows his stuff. I would highly recommend him. Since having hip and back pain most of my life I’ve found within a few months such a great improvement with Shaz help, exercises and knowledge.

I visited Shaz after an ongoing issue with my knee & from the first appointment I was impressed with his manner, expertise and support. Unlike other physios that I have been to before, Shaz is much more ‘hands on’, rather than just advising on exercises or techniques.
I felt confident straight away with his advice, support & knowledge & it’s also good to see that he has the facilities to try many different methods to aid recovery.
Shaz is also very good at communicating, both with his advice & with keeping in touch.

Overall, I’m very happy as a patient of his & would happily recommend his services.

I’ve been seeing Shaz for just over a month now and the improvements I’ve seen are so drastic. I’ve gone from being able to basically, do you know physical exercise to being able to walk in the pool daily, Swim a few strokes, walk more and I’m generally just a lot happier since being able to do more. He has a wonderful facility that has given me the chance to use an ice bath as well as red light therapy, which has really truly improved my condition - so much so that I’ve purchased one for when I’m at home too. I really recommend!

Fake product! Asked for a refund they asked for a picture of product and why I said it was fake and I responded and with in seconds of sending my email back I got a email saying my message couldn’t be delivered. So when they receive a email they don’t want to deal with they will just block you! Stay far away!

Don't buy anything from this site all coming from China it's took my so long to get item....and on the top of that I have to pay at custom to take product... And it's said free delivery..when I ask them to refund they just say product was sent and we can't do nothing.....sou please be smart and don't make them make money from you

Shaz is an amazing physio. He explains everything really simply in a way that is easy to understand.

Shaz is a great physiotherapist, he understands your health problems and physical ability and gives the best exercises to deal with them . I could not recommend him more.

Shaz and his team have always gone above and beyond to help me and my family. Whether at my home or at the clinic the level of service and care has always been outstanding. I cannot recommend them more highly.

I am currently having sessions in the Hyperbaric Oxygen chamber. This is proving very helpful to me - reducing my general 'aches and pains' and making me feel overall more energised and awake. The physio room is beautifully clean and has a calming atmosphere. Thoroughly recommend.

I’ve been seeing Shaz for a few years now, and he has always been incredible. Recently, after some life-changing diagnosis, he created a care plan just for me including the HBOT, and it’s honestly been a game-changer. The treatment has made such a difference—not only helping with the symptoms and side effects of my medication but also improving my overall health, both physically and mentally. I feel stronger, healthier, and just so much better in myself. I can’t thank him enough for the care, support, and encouragement he has given me throughout this journey. It’s been such a positive experience, and I’m so grateful to have him by my side. I would highly recommend it!

Unbelievable experience!!! Shaz offered a thorough consultation prior to giving precise instructions on how to enter the Oxygen Chamber along with a step by step guide of what to expect. I struggle to switch off but felt totally relaxed I actually nodded off. Post treatment I continued to feel relaxed and my pain caused by a recent injury had definitely reduced in fact I could barely feel it. I would strongly recommend visiting Shaz for both physio and also the hyperbaric oxygen therapy, he’s very reassuring, professional and has extensive knowledge in his field.

What a brilliant Clinic with a great lead Physio. I have nothing but praise for the service, patient interaction, standard of facilities, and the care and thought that goes into ensuring a five-star service throughout the treatment process. I love the fact that the team is continually looking at new treatments and keeping on the cutting edge of science, always looking to improve their knowledge with the latest research. Fully recommend and even happy to be a reference patient its that good. Done wonders to help my knee issues.

Amazing physio, so in depth and very informative! Really helped me both pre and post op with my knee problems! The hyperbaric chamber really helps recovery which is a game changer compared to most! Was so well explained and made me so comfortable throughout! Thank you!
