I was delighted to receive a VitalityWatch as a gift, but was soon disappointed. It needs re-charging every three, sometimes four, days. I prefer steps counted immediately available during long walks and this does not seem possible on Vitality Watch. Blood pressure gives incorrect readings - lower than actual BP - which could for some people be dangerous.

Do not buy the Vitality Watch. My battery has gone after 6 months and the support email got returned as undeliverable. 6 months use. Absolutely rubbish!

Best watches for sports I've ever seen. I'm very satisfied!

I received the smart ring that is useless it doesn't work and the Chinese app you need to download doesn't work and gives many warnings not to download for security reason It's suppose to be free so why do you need my credit card info? Complete waste of money I wish I didn't believe the reviews on their site

The ll in One Artificial Intelligence VitalityWatch™, All in One Artificial Intelligence VitalityWatch™ do not work as described, readings completely wrong, they are not medical grade, even the basics while waking we get a msg "get up an walk" ...!? we did not receive a full order, CS very friendly but helpless, vogus respose, we got not reimbursement never gave us an address for return, we had to go thru our pay processor to get our money back 3mo later we still waiting.

Lies , lies, lies!!! I ordered March 31, realized they were coming from China, not grand prairie, tx as advertised on April 1. Was told by Judith, which I believe is a computer bod name not an actual person,that it had already shipped and couldn't cancel. Then I get an email on April 11, that it has shipped from CHiNA!!! So they just plainly lied.

DO NOT PURCHASE.
I have had my ring for about a week and the cable they sent to charge the ring does not work. I have to sit and fiddle with it for a really long time. It seems like the charging port on the actual ring is the issue as it won't charge when I place it in the charging ring box either.

I was finally able to get it to charge and then all of a sudden today it tells me that the device is not connected. It should not be this difficult. I have emailed the vitality watches several times and they have not responded.

I really wanted this ring to work and I was really excited about it but with the issues I had combined with the poor customer service its just not worth it.

The watch does work not record BP or heart rate correctly please do not buy this product

I'm very happy with my VitalityWach. I was surprised how accurate the readings were and I can measure so many health stats that's amazing. My well-being improved a lot!

DO NOT BUY ..... WARNING
Purchased the ring. BIG MISTAKE! Does not fit or work! Requested refund and was given a song and dance about photographs and videos first. Took 2 weeks to receive even though I had a USPS tracking number, they did not receive the product for a week.

Received the ring that does not charge, turn on or work!!!
They only have an email for contact and keep on sending troubleshooting and requesting photos but will not respond to request for return/refund!!!!

I cancelled my order the second I made it bc I didn’t know what size. Never received refund.

DO NOT BUY! THIS PRODUCT IS GARBAGE! THEY DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS! BLOOD PRESSURE READINGS ARE WAY OFF! NOT EVEN IN THE BALLPARK! SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ELSEWHERE

Watch is dim and does not wake up when raising your wrist, complete waste of money, learn by everyone's mistake.

I too, followed the directions for sizing and the ring is too big. They will not exchange for smaller size. They force you to buy another to get correct size! Wish I read these reviews before buying!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! I followed the sizing to the letter and the ring was too big! They will not refund or even exchange!!!!! Now I’m out $106.00 for NOTHING!!!!!

I ordered a watch and it was faulty.
Vitality sent a replacement that was also faulty, and now say because I had a replacement I cannot have a refund or another replacement.

This must be illegal, or a scam.
I'm going to report to trading standards, but I doubt I will get any money back or a working watch.
