Friendly staff, very clean modern building, very efficient and ran on time.

I had an extremely pleasant experience with vital scan.
I went in for a whole body scan and am slightly claustrophobic.
The lovely team at vital scan reassured me that it was a large bore MRI scan and that I could watch/listen to whatever I wished so that I wouldn’t feel claustrophobic.

I chose watch and listen to the Quran which was very soothing and made the whole experience very seem less and easy.

I would suggest having a higher volume on the headphones as the mri noise was quite loud in comparison.

The staff was exceptional and very attentive and overall it was an excellent 5 start experience and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to get a scan done, especially those who are claustrophobic

A good price, very professional service, a detailed and helpful report from the radiologist. The centre was well run with no waiting. Comfortable and private changing area. Report delivered promptly. I can't ask for anything more.

A friend recommended Vitalscan to me after using them herself just a few week's beforehand.

Her recommendation lived up to its word. I was able to book an appointment for the very same day(!). On arrival, I was greeted by a lovely lady who took my initial information and signed me in. She explained everything very clearly and then took me to the scanning room where Mahmood performed my scan.

Both made me feel really informed and at ease. The whole place was very clean and tidy, but without feeling clinical.

It had been a very busy day for them (a Sunday, no less) and I was advised I'd get the results in 3-4 days.

I cannot recommend this place enough. The staff are amazing, the MRI scanners are state of the art and provide a very comfortable experience, the report came back very quickly and was very comprehensive. The patient care and customer service is excellent, tell your friends and family about this gem of a healthcare organisation, it is value for money.

I got an appointment the same day after being referred for a foot MRI. I was dealt with by Francisco, Veronica and Mickey who were all very friendly and professional. My report and photos arrived on the portal a couple of days afterwards. I would definitely recommend Vitalscan!

This is an excellent place to have an MRI scan. Spotlessly clean, with welcoming and helpful staff giving you a very relaxed and peaceful experience. I got an appointment the day after applying, and received the radiologist's report first thing the next morning. And there is lots of free parking. All in all, unbeatable and highly recommended.

I had a late evening mri scan with them , place looks lovely , staff is very friendly and approachable, prices are what they say they are compared to some other places that I had quotes from , also they are a lot faster then a lot of other places you find 100% recommended by me

Having the experince of attending many different MRI scan centres, I can confirm that The Vitalscan center is probably one of the very best that I have attended. The staff were all very welcoming, they listened carefully and were helpful in explaining clearly and professionally. I was also very impressed to get the results for my scans back on the same day. I would highly recommend Vitalscan if you’re having private scans.
