When I decided to travel again a week ago, I was referred to your agency by one of my coworkers. She travels frequently as a first assist, she told me she couldn’t recommend Vivian enough!

She was totally right, my recruiter Scott has been nothing short of phenomenal, he’s on top of his game; reaching out to me whenever I’ve needed it helping me get all the required information as I haven’t traveled as an external traveler since January 2023. He’s very informative and has let me know many times that he is here to help whenever needed, and in no way has been overbearing or pushy like I’ve experienced with other agencies in the past who I haven’t used for that reason.

I’ve only used one agency before that I won’t name here, but even though I haven’t started a new contract yet; thus far of the experience has been outstanding and there’s no way the other agency can even compare in my opinion.

Vivian is great for getting a ‘feel’ of what job is open or currently taking applications and also to have an idea of what companies are offering. The platform can get overwhelming really quickly with multiple recruiters and Vivian’s AI texting and emailing you all day everyday.

It was nice to communicate with recruiters and see jobs all in one place and the recruiters to be able to pull my info without having to submit it 100 times.

Website is a pain to use. For one, when conversing with an agency or company, the app is constantly repeating itself. You will respond to the app and then the actual person will get back to you. The AI feature is annoying. Also when you are searching for a job and put in your state in the filters, every state comes up. I used 'local' and filtered by location. It still shows every state. You have to scroll each listing to find your state. Very poor experience.

A lot of recruiters put pay rate and when you apply, they give you a reduced rate. no honesty

Easy to compare contracts and apply for several

Good way to find a travel job BUT also a terrible way to get annoyed by recruiters who act like vultures. Clickbait is very real; thousands of jobs posted aren't real and recruiters will encourage you to apply multiple times to the same job claiming it won't hurt you, and that is not true it cancels out all repeated applications!

The AI is awful!!! The AI time was incorrect last Friday. I was attempting to make contact with a recruiter and AI was telling me that it was after business hours. It was 8am PST so no matter what the time zone was for the recruiter it was after business hours.
