The charger I was sent was the wrong one for my bike. I am waiting for the correct charger to be sent to me. I will give a better review when I receive it.

I ordered black and it came in white. We have been arguing back and forth as I don’t want a white bike and simply want a return label to send it back. Uhhh. There were two choices…black and white. Not too difficult to place the order correctly.

Anyway, do I sound happy? No I don’t want $20.00. No. I don’t want $60.00. No. I don’t want a white bike.
It remains unbuilt in the box. And weeks and weeks later that’s where it will remain til they capitulate and send a darn return label.

Purchased a bike from them in september. In aprl the frame cracked. The frame is suppossed to be covered for a year under warranty. Contacted customer support email, they said no problem, cut the power cable and we will refund the money for the bike. I cut the cable, sent pictures per their request and did everything they said. I got several responses back saying they couldnt refund the card, they needed a paypal account. I set up a pay pal account and still have not received my refund after a month of back and forth with their customer service email. Very shaddy company do not purchase from them

My sons bike will not go the speed of his friends with the same bike no matter how many times we try to reset the top speed

Anointing this product with 3 stars is a gift which I may come to regret. First of all the assembly instructions, perhaps translated from Mandarin, are pretty much useless. Likewise the accompanying YouTube videos. Photos and videos barely resemble the bike you are working on. Over the course of a few days, if persistent, one can eventually figure it out. A phone number is provided in case you require assistance but no one answers. A recorded message says leave your phone number and your call will be returned. No call back occurs. The return policy requires returning the thing in its original packaging (which would be quite a feat in itself) at the customer’s expense! The package weighed over 60 lbs upon delivery. As I write this it’s been cold and rainy where I live so I haven’t tried to ride the thing yet. I may regret giving this weird company’s product 3 stars. Good luck

Everything expected. Arrived on time and packaged quite well. Did find a scratch on the frame

You refused to replace the battery that you said was faulty. After I recycled the battery and provided proof of recycling. I had to purchase a new one at a cost of $260. I will be posting bad reviews online.

I love the bike. Easy to install and rides well.
I have had it for 1 week now and the headlight does not work. It didn't work out of the box. I called twice and sent 2 emails and still no response. Very frustrating!

Bike broke while riding it and got in a bad accident and broke my foot and big patch of road rash and a concussion and now have to live in consent pain and with the breaks failing and the front fork just randomly snapping they won't even make it right dont recommend VIVI bikes at all

My wife and I love our VIVI e-bikes! We have been riding them every day and absolutely love them!

I love the bike because you can use it manually or electronically

The bike arrived quickly and it was not difficult to assemble. The ordering experience was smooth.

Received the e-bike within a week.
So far it exceeds my expectations.

Bike I purchased on Dec 2024 the ViVi 726Ful is a great price for $769 with the Modifications I made from mechanical brakes to Hydraulic Brakes, larger Seat, and new Crankcase bike is better suited. Customer Support is available just have to have patience in fixing problems with the bike 🏍 😀

Compré una bicicleta en VIVI y mi experiencia fue muy mala. Cuando la saqué de la caja, la cámara/llanta ya venía rota, como si el producto hubiera sido usado o mal revisado antes del envío. No es aceptable recibir algo dañado cuando se supone que es nuevo.

Lo peor fue el servicio al cliente. Envié varios correos electrónicos para buscar una solución y nunca me respondieron. Me sentí completamente ignorado. Si hay un problema, lo mínimo que uno espera es atención y soporte.
