The bike is good customer service is terrible
The bike is good. The tire on my bike as well as my friends both went flat after a couple days. Customer service is terrible. Waited over a month for help finding the correct tube. Then was told it was out of stock. Went to the website and ordered two. Only received one and they refuse to ship the second.

We ordered an e-bike from vivi
We ordered an e-bike from vivi. In the process of assembling, we found that the battery was defective. We proved this with multimeter testing. We contacted vivi for a replacement battery. As of this writing, it's been over a month and they still haven't sent one, so we have cheaply made non-electric bike sitting around now. Insult to injury — vivi's business hours are something like ** 8pm to 5am ** (United States) so email communications are painfully slow.
They have been making excuses and putting us off. We've repeatedly asked for a refund and a return shipping label; they offered us $20 instead.
Please do not order anything from vivi.

You are not to message me again! I have zero issues re reporting you! You are a scam unprofessional supposed seller! I suggest you leave me the hell alone! Everything I've posted about and will continue to post is true and I have all the screenshots to prove it! Also to suggest contacting Amazon over YOUR BIKE AND WARRANTY is absurd that literally falls on YOU! You literally make zero sense and prove my point of uneducated scam artists of a fake company! Steady contacting me on a different website is still considered harassment. I'll have a great life especially not recommending you at a every chance I get.

Where do I even begin? I needed a replacement headlight as mine suddenly stopped working. Vivi support said they would send the part right away after not hearing from them I reached back out the said the part was out of stock and did the run around on me... Looking into this the headlight was in stock per there website and available to ship within 2 days however I didn't get a headlight until after arguing with them and Amazon for 3 months! Afterwards I left a bad review of horrible business and they began to constantly email me to bribe me to remove the review. This is absolutely a horrible company to deal with. I would never recommend just due to the fact of there customer support or lack of. God forbid something on the bike stops working because it will be an everlasting nightmare to get it fixed.

Bike Instructions
The instructions for putting the bike together were very poor. Some items were not even covered at all. Others had pictures that were not helpful. After trial and error several times, I finally got the bike together. Then, when I went to fill up the tires with air, the rear tire would not hold air. So, I will now have to head to a bike shop and, hopefully, they can figure out how to fix the rear tire. I think I will eventually like the bike, but I have been frustrated with the process so far.

Solid budget-friendly E-bike. Average battery range of 25-35 miles, depending on pedal assist level used and amount of hills in the terrain. Good suspension for unpaved paths. Smooth gear-shifting and efficient braking with mechanical disc brakes. You probably will need to invest in a larger, more comfortable seat, but overall a great value.
