Attended the Glasgow clinic for coolsculpting. Cherie and Courtney were both so friendly and reassuring.
Clearly knowledgable about the treatments and answered all my questions thoroughly. Felt very comfortable with them.
Was having my treatments for 1-2 hours and honestly felt like I’d just spent the evening with the girls! Had such a fun time. Will definitely be back.

I had a treatment with misbah
At vivo body studio Victoria. It was very nice and relaxing she was very professional I was doing it for the first time I was very nervous she explained me everything in detail and I did fat freeze and brought the cream thank you I am so happy

A SCAM! AVOID!
Justina was very pleasant, however, 6 weeks after the treatment I most definitely will NOT be returning.
On the day one of the treatments I was supposed to have couldn't happen because their machine had broken, no apology, no offer of a refund or small gesture, then to add insult to injury, she had the nerve to charge me extra for one additional application!
Now, 6 weeks after the 'treatment', after I had been eating clean and drinking more than the minimum amount of water, there has been NO change!, nothing, this is an absolute con, a total scam.
Additionally, they haven't contacted me once to see how it is going, only to pester me to book more sessions.
Awful 'clinic' AVOID!

This is a truthful and honest review on this most awful conduct experience I was very unfortunate to be part of
I booked my treatment and when I got to the venue 10mins before my appointment, there was no staff and clinic room was shut.
I text the vivo customer service & after they contacted the so called experienced staff member, she walked in 15mins later & only just turned up for work!
Due to my complaint regarding this issue as no one lives close by and takes travelling time out of our work schedules, the studio offered me 2 complimentary services again…. My oh my why!!!!
This time, the staff member still wasn’t at the studio & I once again had to contact the customer services…. Yes once again 10mins late; it had taken me an hour and half to get to the venue & of course, I walked out
Please please please do not book anything with this company

I had a consultation at the Victoria clinic with Kayley, I felt so reassured that I decided to progress treatment with her. I had my treatment and she was warm, professional and knowledgeable- she explained each step carefully which put me at ease and I felt prepared for each bit she did- we chatted so much I forgot about any discomfort- look forward to seeing her again- would highly recommend Kayley, she is a gem 💎

I saw Diana at the Victoria clinic for my third Aqualyx session. As always, she was friendly, super thorough, talked me through everything she was doing and delivered the injections with minimal discomfort. I’m pleased with the results I have seen so far. Thank you Diana.

I started aqualyx injections with Diana about 6 months ago and I feel an appropriate amount of time has passed for me to write a follow-up review. To start with: yes, I’ve seen results. I have a very stubborn area that I get treated on and I started noticing a difference two months in. With aqualyx, you have to be realistic about what you can achieve - it’s not the same thing as liposuction, but it works in a different way. It takes time and patience to put up with temporary swelling. I’ve also kept an eye on my nutrition and fitness and I’m thrilled to see a difference, and that’s what keeps me coming back. Big thanks to Diana for your attention to detail and your expertise in administering the treatment to me ❤️

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing Experience – Highly Recommend!
I had an appointment today with Cherie in Glasgow for the 360 Fat Freeze and Supersonic Chin Reduction treatment, and I couldn't be happier with my experience.
Cherie was absolutely amazing—very friendly, welcoming, and professional from start to finish. Her customer service was excellent, and she made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout the entire appointment. As this was my first experience with these treatments, I naturally had some questions and concerns, but Cherie's extensive knowledge and expertise quickly reassured me.
She took the time to explain each procedure in detail, including what to expect, how the treatments work, and any important information I needed to know. Having everything explained so clearly made the experience stress-free and gave me complete confidence in the process.
The level of care, attention, and professionalism really stood out. I felt genuinely looked after and never rushed at any point.
What surprised me the most was the Supersonic Chin Reduction treatment. I could see a noticeable difference straight away, which was completely unexpected after just one appointment. Seeing such early results was fantastic and has made me even more excited to continue the treatment.
Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend Cherie to anyone considering these treatments. Thank you for making my first visit such a positive one! 😊
