Great Second Cryolipolysis Session
Had my second cryolipolysis session with Kayley this week, and once again it was a great experience. She was just as professional, friendly, and informative as during my first visit.
The session itself went smoothly, and Kayley made sure to check in regularly and explain everything as we went along.
Overall, I’m very happy with the service and would still highly recommend VIVO to anyone thinking about trying cryolipolysis. Looking forward to seeing the full results over the coming weeks!

Disappointed
I had an appointment at 13:05 on 13 Palace Street for 360 Fat Freezing, they asked to come 15 minutes earlier. i have arrived with 15 minutes earlier I have waited 35 minutes with nobody coming to pick me up, I have called 3 times, the guy of the phone was helpful, I believe he tried his best to get someone downstairs, but he didn’t know what’s happening. At least to give a notice if the appointments are delayed.
