My health changed and i was unable to finish the treatments that I'd paid for. But they created the most beautiful gift card so I could pass on the remaining credit to my mum. There was a little bit of miscommunication but I was called by a senior manager who went above and beyond to rectify the issue. It was lovely to experience that compassionate level of customer service. I know my mum will be well looked after, and I'm looking forward to returning to vivo once my health has improved.

I’ve visited VIVO Body Studio first time this year as we are going away for holiday earlier in the year than usual. I have been visiting studio for the past 3 years now, usually a few months prior holiday for a fat freeze and cavitation, to slim and tone the body (get rid off what I’ve gained during winter and Xmas time). Maria was my beauty technician and she is great, very polite, accommodating my needs and answering all my questions. I have next session booked in 4 weeks time and then can’t wait for holiday time. Every treatment I’ve done has worked every time and results are brilliant ( with of course a bit of help of healthy diet and movement). I definitely recommend Vivo Body Studio, their staff is brilliant and treatments offered are at great price compare to other studios

Just had my second HIFU treatment. Cherie is so friendly and professional. Made me feel so comfortable. Seeing a difference in my skin. Opted for lemon bottle on my stomach. Cherie fully explained this.

I recently had a Demi Vand treatment, and a top up Radio Frequency today. I couldn’t be happier with the experience! The treatment itself was fantastic—my skin feels firmer, smoother, and noticeably rejuvenated. The combination of Radio Frequency and as well as having the Demi Band worked wonders, providing a relaxing yet effective session.

A huge thank you to Gemma 😍for taking such good care of me throughout the process. She was professional, attentive, and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. Her expertise and friendly approach truly made the experience even better.

Deciding where to go for a first time treatment is daunting. And with so many salons all offering same, how does one decide ? ! I came across the Vivo Body Studio website which is very user friendly, x-easy to navigate with several options of communications; tele; email; FB, Whatsapp for each branch. The bio for each treatment is informative; easy to read and very clear price structure. It’s a positive, vibrant and transparent website. For that reason I liked it and opted to "test" the Whatsapp just for clarification purposes and to get a feel for any response that might be forthcoming.
I was shocked to get a reply within half hour from the lovely Shaurna as this was Sunday evening around 7pm. Her message was a lovely greeting and also to apologise for my waiting (half an hour which was fantastic). Although into evening and in between clients she could not have been more professional yet friendly and immediately explained HIFU; the expectations, the process; the advice before & after and so much more. Shaurna stated many times any further questions not to hesitate. We messaged quite a few times back and forth and she answered every question professionally and transparently (this while she was still working into the evening). I was and still am very impressed that Shaurna took the time into the evening and always with much respect to all of my nervous questions. Not once made to feel I might be annoying and lets wrap this up it's late now (to her credit). And also, as important, never at any time any pressure to make a booking. She just carefully, patiently and friendly always got back to me with the info in a professional friendly reassuring manner. On the basis of Shaurna’s excellent customer service, especially if this is a representation of Vivo I decided to make a booking. This sounds like a place I want to go to!

Had my first appointment with Rebecca today, she was extremely knowledgeable and talked me through everything that she was doing during the session. Everything is so well priced as well I would highly recommend!

I had my 1st treatment sapphire in birmingham she was great I felt abit nervous but she made me feel calm about it and she is brilliant with giving me the treatment I had would recommend her to anyone and definitely gonna book another session with her at some point
