Twice I ordered the vegan protein from them, totaling around 90 euros. I failed to receive both products, and I have tried to reach them on every possible platform with absolutely no response. I have sent multiple messages, and complete radio silence. I am out 90 euros and I have to say this has been the worst customer service experience I have ever had. Which is really sad because I genuinely love their products and have been a customer for years, but I have unsubscribed and will no longer be buying anything from this company, who seems to not care at all about fulfilling their end of the bargain.

Give this a try...It works for me
I am usually very skeptical about these ki as of things, but I bit the bullet & ordered some. Let me tell you just how different I feel if I forget to take it. I didnt take it for 2 days last week, & boy did I know it. I was so tired by lunch time & found myself napping, which I hadn't been doing since starting taking this. So in my mind, it really does help. I have subscribed & received 2 more bottles. I will carry on taking it, as I can't cope with feeling knackered by lunchtime. I had completely stopped 'napping' whilst taking it, only on the days where I forgot to have it. That speaks volumes to me

I was surprised just how good it is
I was surprised just how good it is. Tbh I was skeptical. But vivo is clean, tasty, easy to use, high quality and my body is responding to it beautifully. I highly recommend it. My wife has been using it for a long time. I wish I had listened to her sooner.

Follow-up to my previous review regarding S415581 & S368948.
So after waiting a full week for a response, and only getting a response when my TrustPilot review was waiting to be published, Vivo Life has shown their contempt yet again.
From the email of the 20th April, after refusing my refund for faulty goods -
'we would be happy to offer you double credit to use on our website. This would provide you with £160 credit to spend in our online store.'
I responded on the same day, advising that I accept the credit. It SHOULD be a refund, however I want this farce to end.
I have checked my Vivo Life account and sent a follow-up email every day since.
Why? Because I do not have any credit, codes or other form of discount on my account, and I have checked carefully. I have requested a response every day and STILL I'm being ignored.

I bought a small Clean protein Vanilla …
I bought a small Clean protein Vanilla flavour bag to see if taste was ok. Unfortunately I find it extremely extremely sweet and a bit grainy too. The sweet aftertaste of stevia stayed in my mought like forever. I think ill keep looking. Or give it another chance and try the unflavoured.

I’ve only been using the product for 3 days but I am starting to feel more energy I’ve been on Omaprazole for 6 years and tried B12 tablets but very little success. I am hopeful this product is going to work as I have had better results already
