I've had the same (3) subscribed plants proteins for 3 years now. My last order they sent me Banana nut instead of my Banana Cinnamon. I spent 3wk reaching out to them to inform they sent the wrong item. Had to take pics etc yet I get an email saying they changed the flavor. Never notified me of change of Flavor or gave me a choice to choose something else, just sent it to me. Now they want me to send it back at my own expense within 30 days of order (it took them 3 wks to even answer me). Customer service was rude and non-existent. Good bye Vivo. After 3 weeks of trying to get this resolved Vivo did give me a credit back towards something else. I never received any email about a change to my subscribed product. Vivo says the Banana Bread is pretty much the same as Banana Cinnamon is not true. Still weeks to get resolved is not acceptable, Vivo could have reasonably answered my inquiries regarding this error (3 weeks of chats and emails) and offered a positive solution instead of basically telling me too bad and to send it back at my expense. Customer service is still not great, sadly this is not the first time to have poor help with an error (sending me completely wrong products) and painfully repeated request for help...

Great product absorbs really well and tastes good as well.

Vivo life protein flavours are all delicious, nicely blended in with oat/plant based milks or yoghurt. Protein mixed with yoghurt has exactly the texture of a pudding and taste amazing! High quality, no bloating, no fillers pure flavours! I am a huge fun since ages for all of their products including creatine, lion's mane and ignite function energy, mind chocolate! I am vegan for more than 11 years and this is the only brand that I trust for pure performance and no gut issues.

Delicious plant-based protein, science-based nutrition, good company, good ethics, third-party tested for heavy metals, plant a tree per delivery. Excellent all round.

Great Company the cleanest Vegan protein that I could find, the powder it’s self tastes delicious I have the Vanilla Vegan protein on subscription which is perfect as I do not have to think about running out as it’s delivered every month on the dot.

I've been a Vivo life customer for over 6 years and have used your protein powder every day during that time. I stick to using the clean protein in chocolate because it's my favourite for versatility and value, but have tried basically all the flavours of perform protein too and they all taste great (especially the banana bread haha). I've always found it's great on my digestion, the texture is fab (I mainly eat it mixed with soya yoghurt or in oats) and I think the price is fair for such good quality. I love that vivo is a vegan brand and I feel like they don't compromise on anything. I've left reviews before but genuinely want to thank you for providing great products at a time when the market seems to be saturated with so much protein stuff that's rubbish, unnecessary and not made by a brand with the same ethics I feel like I get with Vivo life :)
