Sizes run small
I really love the fun designs and styles this company offer! As someone who's lost 15kg in the past year I'm still figuring out what my new size in clothes is. I got the M in the shorts but honestly think they run on the smaller size given I fit an AU size 10 in most clothes, but can fit into size 6 from some brands. They do have an inclusive size range but I'd size up for comfort.

Absolutely love my new gym wear, it can be hard as a bigger woman to find fun and exciting gym clothes that doesn’t go see through and these literally tick all the boxes. I’m a size 18 and the style is so flattering and fun, highly recommend 👌

Customer service was amazing
(EDIT) after 1 use and 1 wash!!! The inside of the thighs started fraying!!! I will be emailing a picture to the company because I don’t see an option in the review area. For 70$ I’m very disappointed… Customer service was amazing. The shorts art design is absolutely to die for! However, I got a medium and they fit like a small. I understand that they are spandex, as to why I sized up, but they still seem to fit a little too snug. Really cute not sure if it was worth 70$ tho.

Thank you so much for your recent order and for supporting our store. We are so sorry to hear that you received a faulty item. There must have been loose stitching which would have been made worse by the snug sizing.
We would love to send you an L as a replacement and see if these fit better for you. We are sold out of the shorts at the moment, but we should be getting a restock in 2 weeks if you are happy to wait for this. In regards to sizing this is something we are going to be changing when we go into the new year. We plan to reassign our current measurements with the next size up, so an M now would become an S etc. We will make a big announcement about this when we do so that our return customers won't get confused when shopping for their previous sizes.
With pricing, we try and keep our prices as low as possible but as the business grows there seems to be more and more expenses so our prices are a reflection of all that. We are really sorry about that, it's just not possible for us to price them any lower.
So sorry again for the faulty shorts, we have also emailed you so await to hear your reply.

Great customer service!
I ordered a set for Halloween on the day of their restock and needed it four days later, I messaged them and they were really helpful and asked me to request next day delivery in the box at checkout. I checked out using my Shop app so there was no box, I messaged again with my order number and they got my parcel sent out with next day delivery even though I paid for standard shipping (there was only one shipping option), they even messaged me the tracking details once it was sent even though I had an email already with the shipment notification. The set arrived and it’s great quality and really flattering!

Absolutely loved the Halloween collection! Ordered for the first time and I got a couple of sizes wrong, the help I got with refunds/exchanges was honestly amazing. Never had better customer service. All the designs and the materials are great and the charity work for animals won me over completely. Shame I missed out on the Sumatra products, that’s why I’m subscribed now 😄 keep up the good work Rebecca and I wish you great success, you deserve it. I absolutely love my space hippie unitard. Good quality fabric, nice and thick and fits true to size. Comes with slightly padded boob inserts to help hold the girls up and the zipper is also good quality, doesn’t slip.
I contacted them to ensure it arrived by post before a certain date for an event and they were super helpful, lovely and accommodating.
