This company gave very little directions in the project. My directions got stuck to the canvas and left the canvas unuseable.
I had no idea what I was doing and tried to look for instructions. The canvas was ruined. I purchased 2 of them. I emailed asking if they could help me with the first canvas. I didn't want my money back, just another canvas (I can still use the beads and wax). They emailed me back NOT caring or understanding. I will NOT shop here again. Whatever happened to a little customer service?????
NEVER again. No directions, no guidance, and a ruined canvas.

I will not send photos-I already told the customer service people 3 times what the problem is.

Shame on them for not helping

UPdATE it is now March 7th and I emailed them the information they asked for and I have heard nothing. They continue to ignore all correspondance.

Shop Amazon or Michaels or Hobby Lobby-you will do much better

Had several diamond paintings from this company, all of them are brilliant 👏

I have ordered from VisuArts twice now and both time it has been at least two months to receive and closer to three. My last order I am still waiting for.

I just love doing these, I have already done 3 of them since Christmas when I got my first one from my daughter, I had seen them before but was not interested in doing them. That first one really changed my mind and now I am totally hooked on them, I can't wait until my next one arrives, I have ordered three more.

Five stars for sure! I’m absolutely enjoying my time spent on my art project. Quick question though... my sons came in tearing through the dining table, I have seem to lose a handful of tiny black pieces. Are there extra pieces for each number?? Or do I need to order more?

Love the pic of the blue eyed tiger..Colors are bright and beautiful. Did it for my grandson who just moved into a new apartment. Just need to frame it...

I absolutely love this artwork! It is my quiet time in the evening with a lit candle and a cup of warm tea. It’s my peaceful zone. The diamond crystals are beautiful and the colors are amazing! Can’t wait til Paris is done ! 10 stars for me !

Love It, I’m really addicted to this new hobby

I really enjoy this new hobby. I do wish the package of drills number could correspond to the number or letter on the canvas. I don’t like having to keep looking at the key.

Although shipping was delayed, that was mostly due to COVID. In all reality, once it did arrive, it was perfect! There was one or two minor issues that the VisuArts team were eager to fix. With great customer service, as well as the quality of the product, I have no doubt that I will buy another product from them. The actual project lasted about two and a half days, with a total work time of like 16 hours for one of the smaller sizes. It was quite relaxing however, as I didn’t feel too rushed to complete it before the glue lost its stick. I did also reuse the plastic covering where I could to store it overnight.

My wife has thoroughly enjoyed her VizuArts products! She is currently 2/3 of her way with her second project, Sun and Moon Tree. She completed the Blue-Eyed Tiger and it looks Fabulous on our living room wall. She is sure to order another diamond painting when she is finished with the Tree. She's a Very Happy Customer!!!

I love diamond art! I have ordered all my kits from Vizu Arts and they are excellent! This is a quality product with everything included and easy-to-follow symbols. I have never been shorted drills and all packages are clearly marked. Service is quick and follow-up fantastic! Highly recommend!
