I strongly advise caution before using Voar Travel UK.
My experience was extremely disappointing and, at times, deeply unprofessional. What started as a simple and polite request to be addressed by my correct name , escalated into a series of inappropriate and disrespectful interactions.
Despite clearly asking to be called by my actual name, my request was dismissed. When I reiterated this basic boundary, the situation escalated unnecessarily and I was met with defensive and dismissive responses.
Most concerning, however, was the tone that followed. I received personal and offensive remarks completely unrelated to any service, including comments about my personal life and assumptions about my financial situation. At one point, I was told that “my life must be so bad that others need to pay for me to travel,” which is entirely inappropriate, unprofessional, and unacceptable from any service provider.
Shortly after these messages, I was blocked preventing any form of resolution or professional closure.
At no point should a client be subjected to personal attacks for requesting basic respect. I have retained full records of all communication.
I would not recommend this agency based on my experience. Professionalism, respect, and basic customer care were clearly lacking.
