I recently completed some market research with Vocal Views and am happy to say the researcher who conducted the research was extremely professional and so lovely. The journey up to taking the research was also very well managed and I was kept informed of everything every step of the way. The fee was also paid within a reasonable amount of time. I am very happy to recommend Vocal Views.

Good communication, however it took a while for them to get back to me. Friendly staff. Quick payment too!

What a great evening doing market research with Vocal Views, the researchers were all very friendly and made the time go fast and it was a delightful subject, they even had nice food and drinks available, and a great numerical package.

I'd be happy to share my thoughts on my experience with this study and with Vocal Views as a whole. Overall, I've had a great experience with this study and Vocal Views. The recruitment process was smooth, and the communication throughout has been clear and timely. I appreciate how Vocal Views kept me informed and made sure I had all the necessary information for the study. As for the incentives, they have been fair and provided a nice motivation to participate. It's always nice to be rewarded for sharing my opinions and experiences. I'm grateful for the opportunity to be a part of this study and to provide my feedback.

I really enjoyed working with Vocal Views. They communicated super clearly throughout and offered me a super interesting research project.

Vocal Views are great to work with always polite and helpful. The emails on instructions have been clear and easy to follow as a participant.

Not a good company to work with really. I was allocated 3 mystery shops, I did two and was ready to do my third but I was unable to record ANY of the shops, pictures and thoughts. I emailed lots of times, sent all my pictures through to the team and never got any response about the technical issues, no apologies for my wasted time and no acknowledgement of my pictures. I was sent £10 as payment which was not the agreed fee for the mystery shops I had done. They just chose not to reply so after doing plenty of mystery shops in the past I won't be doing them again now. I suggest anyone serious about doing this type of thing, find another company to work with.

In reply to your reply, I did 2 mystery shops, gave up a whole afternoon to do so. Went to every store, took all my photos, did all the tasks expected. The first store was a dummy phone, so the survey said I couldn't complete and to contact yourselves, which I did, the second store was O2 and after you said you fixed technical issues, the survey would not progress past a certain question at all and despite reaching out many times I received no reply, I was physically unable to fill in the survey but would have been more than happy to fill in the questions via email or if someone fixed the surveys technical issues, but again I received no response. So after failed attempt after attempt to get help I sent my pictures through via email. When you said I was a participant that didn't complete my tasks that's totally incorrect and unfair to say. I did the mystery shop but your technical issues meant I couldn't move forward. I was offered £10 for the dummy phone store and paid nothing for O2 store despite doing the shop, sending my pictures and reporting my technical issues with zero response. This response it's pretty poor to be honest.

Everything was facilitated well and the process was very smooth, payment was completed on time too which was a bonus, would definitely recommend it

I took part in a very well managed project over zoom. It was interesting and relevant.Everyone was heard and the group was motivating.

Vocal Views make giving your opinion and sharing your feedback on products and services very easy, with the added bonus of being paid for your time. Studies are easy to apply for, and communication is clear and friendly. There is support offered if required, and it always feels like your views are appreciated whatever the product or service you are reviewing. Incentives are always made within the time scale offered, and are of a level that makes you feel worthwhile. Overall a fantastic company to work with.

A lovely market research agency that communicate well, treat participants with consideration and respect- unlike some, you do not feel like a number. They pay promptly and if they cannot they manage your expectations and are never abrupt or make you feel like an irritation for asking for more information or chasing up an incentive. I will definitely be applying for more projects with Vocal Views and I really recommend them highly!

Fantastic smooth process , recruitment for a project I had been selected for was really simple and straight forward with no issues at all. The lady dealing with my project was so lovely and helpful and fast a replying to emails. When I arrived at the project I was greeted , offered drinks and refreshments which was a lush touch I must say. The interview went really well the guy was lovely and professional and very calm with my son, everything went perfect and I hope to do further projects in the future should I be selected.

I participated in a market research project with VV focused on sauce tasting. The project involved sampling various sauce variations and providing ratings and feedback using a digital tablet. The team conducting the research was friendly and helpful throughout the process. They not only prepared the dishes for us, but also provided clear instructions and addressed any issues we encountered. The research itself was thorough and engaging, making me excited for future opportunities with them.

I like that the process is straightforward and hassle-free. It is really important for me that Vocal Views is user-friendly. Overall, my experience is positive.

Participated in a market research project for them about tasting Korean sauces, everything was perfect from start to end. The recruitment process was smooth, communication was fluid and the actual research was interesting and went well. Loved it! Looking forward to more in the future ☺️
