Great experience with Vocal Views! The sessions were well organized, covering interesting consumer research topics, gave me an opportunity to offer my insights and a chance to hear other participant perspectives. The moderators were professional and it was an easy way to earn a little extra money whilst contributing to research. Incentives were paid promptly, and I’d definitely participate again.

These are people who know what they're doing. Always considerate and inclusive, they take the time to let an applicant know if they have been or have NOT been successful. The projects are many and varied and it's a joy to b e with them!

Took part in a focus group in Oct 2025, spared my time and was never paid.
After replying to my initial e mails there was no reply to my subsequent e mails from Vocal Views and they are not able to be reached via phone.
Very disappointing, shows a lack of respect to me and also a lack of honesty.

This is a company to be avoided but they do not take well to threats. There clients need to know how they perform and if they did would probably not offer them work. I suggest you write to

Why they have this problem is remarkable and I can only suggest that they have cash flow problems but they deny it. I suspect their clients might not be paying them until the project is finished as well

I reached out to you about a week ago about missing money in my account (screenshot included). I had £40 in my account and now there is £13.97 and absolutely no record of who took it and when. I will give you another week to address this and return my money. If I hear nothing and my money isnt returned I will escalate my complaint further.

I took part in a focus group early December and I was told it would take 21 days to receive the payment form, however that has long since passed and I have yet to receive the form or the incentive.

I tried to call their phone number but it says the line is busy, however I have tried to call all week long and each time I can't get through.

I have also emailed since the start of January through their different email addresses and received no response.

I would appreciate it if anyone from Vocal Views sees this review and gets in contact as I'm very disappointed.

I completed a Mystery Shop study in early September 2025 with Vocal Views Ltd and fulfilled all requirements, including full surveys and photographic evidence.

Payment was promised for 20 October, then revised to 17 November. Several months later, payment has still not been made.

I have provided proof of attendance and completion multiple times. Despite this, I continue to be asked for evidence that has already been supplied. At this point, this is not a delay but a failure to pay for completed work.

Had I been aware of these issues beforehand, I would never have taken part. I am now considering escalating this matter through the small claims process if imminent payment is not made. It’s been a very stressful time and having financial constraints it would have been a saving not to have participated. Please don’t take up any projects with this company for your own sake.

Everything from registration to completing the study was handled in an organised way. The instructions were easy to follow, and Laura explained the online steps clearly. The process felt reliable and the payment was received without any issues.

I want to make a complaint about vocal views market research. I had completed a market research with them in September and have followed up with multiple emails, phone calls and messages to their customer support and one of the researchers. I have been outright ignored and not had any communication. Please see one of my emails below to them which has also not been responded to.

According to the email I received for the research it clearly mentioned the incentive will be paid within 21 business days which has been exceeded. I have tried emailing and messaging before but have not received any satisfactory response. Kindly let me know when the payment would be made and where to submit the bank details. Kindly let me know as soon as possible as this is highly unprofessional.

I recently wrote a negative review about Vocal Views, I wish to retract that and say they are a good, honest and fair site. I shouldn't have judged them too early. Highly Recommend.

I am extremely disappointed by the lack of communication and the failure to make payment within the agreed timeframe by this company.

I have sent multiple emails, made several phone calls, and left voicemail messages, none of which have been responded to. The phone is never answered. I also contacted their client, who acted as an intermediary between the end client and this company. He expressed his apologies and made genuine efforts to assist, but unfortunately was unable to resolve the issue.

It is concerning that this company continues to recruit participants and secure clients despite the significant number of negative reviews and complaints regarding late or unpaid incentives.

It has now been over one month since I attended the research session, which took almost a full day. The stated payment term was 21 working days, which has clearly been exceeded. I have full email evidence confirming my attendance and completion of the research.

As payment remains outstanding despite repeated attempts to resolve this directly, I will now proceed to raise this matter formally with the Market Research Society (MRS).

I reported Vocal Views to MRS and within 48 hours was contacted by Vocal Views and subsequently paid. It should not take this extreme action for the company to fulfil their obligation but I am happy I have been paid. Needless to say however, that I will never do any work for them again. If you have experienced a similar issue, I would strongly advise you to make a formal complaint via MRS.

PLEASE REPORT THEM TO THE Market Research Society to get paid and raise awareness.

I completed a paid research project for Vocal Views over two months ago and have still not been paid.

I have tried repeatedly to contact the company. Their landline number is never answered, and multiple emails to different staff members have been completely ignored.

After experiencing this and seeing numerous similar reviews from other participants reporting either non-payment or extreme delays, it is clear this is not an isolated incident.

I have now formally raised a case with the Market Research Society (MRS) to ensure I get paid and would encourage anyone experiencing the same issue to contact them.

Similarly to a lot of people who have posted recently, I did a job in September - payment withheld because of the client, November date of payment came and went.

Unresponsive to emails or phone calls - still not paid after three months.

I esclated it to MRS and received an reply from their legal team stating that I had not completed the research properly and the mass communications sent to over 200 people justified not replying indivudally.

When challenged to provide details of non-compleitition, they stated not recieving photos. Despite the fact was emailed and then also re-emailed - due to a server issue, no photos were recieved thus no payment.

When pushed back again with clear evidence, was given the benefit of the doubt and an incentive paid instantly.

Just wanted to review this company again ( I reviewed them a year ago).

I’ve done a couple of research projects for them this year and the communication at the recruitment stage was excellent.
The projects were really interesting and well moderated.

The only issue I see with these guys is that it does take a while to be paid, many market research companies pay within a couple of weeks… many now within days. But with VV it takes a month.
But you know what? That’s absolutely fine as long as you do get paid… and I always have been.
I think the one area where they could tighten up is to let every participant know that it may take a month to get paid, if they did that then I’m sure the reviews would be better because they really are an excellent company to deal with.
