I’ve actually joined a number of varied surveys with Vocal Views, from focus groups to mystery shopping to 1-1 interviews. So I think it’s safe to say that I’m in a good position to review my experience working alongside Vocal Views and participating in the many surveys up here in Manchester!

The staff there are absolutely incredible and add a lot of positivity and professionalism to the experience - and each task I was given was straightforward and I had a lot of fun doing the surveys they’ve had available!

For those of you who are on the fence, they follow through with their incentives, it does take a month to process so please be patient and mindful of that.

Staff are very personable, approachable, friendly & responsive with enquiries about survey details and incentives. I’ve reached out via telephone and email before and received much needed support.

Given how positive my experience is I’m happy to continue doing surveys to support them long term - and I’d recommend it to anyone!

Vocal views is the best platform ever for me and my children. Their loyalty is unmatched; you will always receive your funds. The trick is to do your survey (which are quite fun really as I love to talk and give my opinions on products and services), then to get on with your every day life. Then shortly after , the money arrives in your account when you need it the most just like Christmas presents. The team are lovely too; Teresa you’re amazing and will always reach out to sort out any hiccups etc. If you’re thinking of joining then go for it..don’t let negative views stand in your way and you will soon find you have a little side hustle where you’re barely doing anything much that you’re being paid for !

Great company. The team explains study very clearly and there’s a great follow up as well. Friendly and approachable and incentives being made within time frame given at the start of study.

I participated in a shop along research study with Vocal Views, and It was a lot of fun.

When I arrived I was greeted by the researcher and the process explained very well. This was my first time so I was a little nervous, but they were really clear and easy to talk to which made me feel comfortable.

Vocal Views have been one of the best research companies I have participated in studies for. I recently completed a nutritional drink study. I was sent an informative email with all the required instructions. The daily surveys were very easy and simple to fill out. Staff were helpful and prompt with answering queries via email. I would highly recommend based on the pleasant experience I had.
