This month bought my niece a year subscription. Couldn't log in. Doesn't 2 days getting through to someone on the phone, when we got someone they kept asking for the same information over and over. The refund page didn't recognise the subscription email and after phoning a second time they didn't even have it details on the system. They go through everything to not pay you anything back. Currently using PayPal to try and get a refund.

I will never buy your magazine again, because you put jill biden on it and not Melanie Trump who is a beautiful women on it, besides Michelle Obama is one ugly women and Jill biden looks like she is 100 yrs old. It's sad that it's a liberal magazine. Because you are losing alot 9f subscribers.

I bought a Vogue sweatshirt for £130 - even after the first wash the sweater was covered in a white powdery residue . The material is cheap, thin and very poor quality. A complete rip off.

Avoid Avoid Avoid!!! I purchased a sweatshirt online on the 31st March and I still do not have my item. I chased my order on the 5th April and only got a response on the 12th April. The email stated my item would be with me imminently! As of yet still no sweatshirt and £129 out of pocket. The service from the company is dire along with the communication. I would recommend not buying anything from them. I bet they are rolling in the money that they have yet to refund customers - scammers!!

I was so excited about the Vogue advent calendar so was particularly disappointed when the bottle of body oil leaked all over the interior of the box during shipping creating a mass of black goo and damaged products. I was told a new calendar would be shipped out the next day, BACK IN DECEMBER. On this date of February 25th, they have yet to respond from that last email confirming my address and there is no other means of communication. This was an almost 500 dollar purchase that I can promise, I won’t make again next year. I am now out the money and have lost any respect for the company. Lesson learned.

Top arrived damaged. Contacted Vogue for refund. Appalling, am now going to have to contact credit card company to refund as Vogue are not responding. Incredibly frustrating.

I have already reviewed this despicable company below but am now infuriated.
They are not responding to my e mails which is the only form of contact.
They are still stating on their website free returns and Refunds...DO NOT BELIEVE A WORD OF IT.

First time ordering a Vogue subscription in September 2023 and I have still yet to receive it or any tracking information. I have attempted to look at the order status online and have no idea where to look for this information. The ux of the website is awful. For such a large magazine you’d think it’d be more user friendly. Contacted customer support two months ago inquiring where my magazine and tote is and still have yet to hear anything about my order. This is appalling customer service. Do not order.

Appalling customer service. Ordered 2023 Advent calendar. DPS mishap resulted in advent calendar being sent back to Conde Nast / Vogue shop. Tried emailing Vogue shop ( as no contact number ) , then tried only Vogue customer service number I could find to be told they couldn’t help. Received 3 generic ‘we are busy and will get back to you ‘ emails. Now 27 December and still no response.Order 12655 if you bother to read this review Vogue!

Does Vogue mainly cover certain people who have shady PR agencies?

When I used to visit the Vogue website a number of years ago, they would cover the same aspiring socialites week after week. They weren’t all that impressive or interesting. It made me wonder if the hype was because of payments from these wealthy people (or their PR agencies) to Vogue so they could have more PR exposure. Who really knows.

Emily Bridges is not a biological woman. How f.. insulting. There are many wonderful talented sportswomen you could have mentioned, but instead you insult us by putting a man into the lineup! Disgusting. I will never read your magazine again.

I live outside US but frequently browse vogue website. The subscription promo came up to receive 1 year print copies plus A LIMITED EDITION tote bag. The bag was in a wonderful green (my favourite) colour. I waited 2 months- bag arrived...some beige, basic, barely visible branding rucksack... I still haven't got my August copy- I understand it takes time. But I will never forget this false advertising trick... I can't cancel my subscription...I didn't get the advertised tote and now I have a spare sack for dirty laundry...bullshite!

Don't get me wrong, I do like vogue but it’s quite expensive for what it is and although it’s content is nice to look at and can pass some time or look great as decor, like I said, it’s a bit overpriced for what it is. However customer service is really nice and helpful and they do some great offers such as one for a subscription im on my self, where i got 6 issues and a free (meant to be expensive) makeup remover jelly worth around £20 all for £9 so thats brill but its just generally overpriced and it’s content could be better. If i could give it 3 and a half stars, I would as it’s better than 3 but not as good as a 4. If vogue were to improve I would say maybe lower the individual magazine prices, even just by 20p or something and add more content such as good deals on great, trendy clothes and makeup instead of only showing expensive things, to widen the audience through what they can actually afford, and maybe a lookbook of clothes such as a model wearing them or a laid out display of them with a description of what it is, wear to buy it, and the price. Also, some makeup looks including the product information and a step by step guide to different looks for different skin types as well such as people with acne. I really like watching youtube videos of vogue beauty secrets so putting things like that in the magazines would be great. I feel like by doing all of this, it would really increase the amount of buyers as this would attract different kinds of people for different reasons
