Further to my review regarding order VG 63489 the company manipulated my order for the item which was under manufacturing from Large to Small size and over night they despatched the same at 5.30 am . Why would I order one item in Large size and one item in small size when my size is Large.
Do we need further assurance of what type of company Vogue Liberty really is?

VG64153 I had ordered two shirts in size 3 XL before ordering I had read their return exchange policy .i did not like the collar of the product it was too tight/ stiff around the neck. When I asked for return . They refused and said read our return policy. But they are contradicting what it says on their website. Finally I was forced to exchange it for 4XL hoping it will be a bit loose . They charged me ₹200 for exchange.. I showed them that their website says exchange is free… but no one is responding to messages or phone calls . I have paid extra ₹200 plus they have not picked up the product. This website / company is a big scam. They are conning customers. I wish something could be done about this. I wish I had read all the reviews before ordering from here

They actually deserve no star ,they are so bad with the customer service and cheat every customer with the policy in which they mentioned 100% refund on return , but there is no way of returning clothes in website and when we try to connect in whatsp they will give bullshit reason they say no to return
Most important they sell so bad quality of cloth nobody will think to wear it

I am writing to warn others about my experience with Vogue Liberty. I purchased two outfits from them, and after receiving them, I was very disappointed with the poor material quality. The fabric was stiff and not as described or expected.
I decided to return the items, as the company's website states that returns are handled via phone or WhatsApp. I reached out to their customer service, and after a lengthy conversation (see screenshots), they refused to accept my return. They claimed their policy only allows returns for damaged products, not for poor quality, a detail that is not mentioned on their website.
When I pointed this out and expressed my frustration, they abruptly blocked me on WhatsApp, cutting off all communication. This is completely unacceptable behavior for a business. It seems their return policy is designed to scam customers, and their customer service is unprofessional and unhelpful.
Do not be fooled by this company. Their product quality is poor, and they will go to great lengths to avoid returns and refunds. Save yourself the trouble and shop elsewhere.

It's the worst clothing store that we have come accross. They are fraud and don't not accept returns even when they have a return policy. The products are not matching the ones shown on their website in terms of colour and pattern. When contacted their WhatsApp number they are clearly denying return and refund. They do not even have the courtesy to answer calls. Order number VG64364.

A geniune fraud company, no support from the phone number as well as email. Product quality is not good and tried to return the product as it's not fitting but no one is responding. The phone rings but no one picks and same with email no one responds. Ban the company.

Fraud. Do not buy. They are imitators not a genuine sellers. Product is worst quality. It’s literally made of non-breathable curtain screens, I have never experienced a worst stiching of the material like this. You would not even feel like wearing the moment you open the box. Scammers they are. Return & refund policy? Forget people, already I told they are fraud, you will never get ur money back. Gone is gone.

Worst experience ever shopping from this brand. The website and their policies are misleading and the customer support team do not respond properly and dont know how to treat their customers. The refund and return process are also misleading and they charge additional for even exchanging the products.

A fraud company, in their return policy they have 7 day return policy but you cannot return a product. I was forced to give 1 star because 0 start option is not there.

my order VG63794 was confirmed on 16th July 2025. Till date the order has not been picked up by the shipping company.... Probably I went for COD option
Very bad experience.... No replies, No updates, No one answer's the phone... Only the IVR replies the same message over and over again... Frustrated...I had to cancel the order on whatsapp...

NOT AT ALL RECOMMENDED. It's a big scam, no products exchanged. Call doesn't get connected and no replies to the email.

I wish I could give them zero stars. First of all they send me the wrong products- two products that are the same. Secondly, the product has threads coming out of it.
Third, when you reach out to customer service, they refuse to take any returns- saying the only date products that are damaged according to their return policy. However, the return policy says that you can return products even if you are dissatisfied. And in my case the products are actually damaged. They are still not taking them back.

This is extremely misleading because I had checked their return policy on the website before ordering. If they had clearly stated that they won't be taking returns I wouldn't have ordered at all. So despite receiving defective and wrong products, my money has gone waste.

Pure scam. Do NOT buy, as they don't refund the money under any circumstances.

Very poor quality and when we raise the concern for the same, there is no support for return.

Worst customer service… the return exchange policy is scam where for exchange mentioned no charges.. however when asked for size exchange they need 100 per product as exchange fee… they are argue on policy they mentioned even… where its clear only return is charged…
on product shirts displayed as satin are not satin…
Please dont be fooled buying here… and kindly report such scam websites
