Avoid at all costs
I do NOT recommend this service.
I purchased a digital product that never worked. For 9 days, I opened ticket after ticket trying to get it fixed. Every time, the same thing happened. They closed my ticket, I opened a new one, I explained the issue again, they gave me the same fixes, and when those didn’t work, they stopped responding and closed the ticket again.
This went on for over a week.
They then provided a replacement key, which also did not work. After that, instead of refunding me, they tried to push a completely different product that I did not buy and did not want.
When I finally requested a refund, they refused, claiming they were “trying to help”, despite the product being unusable from day one.
This feels like intentional stalling to avoid refunds. If something goes wrong, expect endless ticket loops and zero accountability.
Save your money and go somewhere else.

When the replacement also failed, alternative solutions were suggested in good faith to help you get a working setup as quickly as possible.
Refunds are handled according to our policy, which applies to all customers equally. A refund was not issued because active efforts were being made to provide a functional product and support was ongoing.
We acknowledge that the situation took longer than it should have, and we regret the frustration caused. Feedback like this is taken seriously and will be used to improve our support process going forward.
If you would like to continue resolving this through official support, our team remains available via the proper channels.
