My husband bought this after seeing the ads. We've used it less than 10 times to blow leaves out of short driveway. Today, the sound changed and then it blew up in my son's hand with sparks and smell. A round piece my husband said was called a housing flew out like a bullet. It did everything that the ads said it would not. That was a very expensive mistake. He bought it with battery and charging unit. I'm so disappointed. It was really fun to use until this happened. The nonstop ads for 43% off adds salt to the wound.

I had one of the best experiences with Juliana at Vortex Haus with getting a faulty blower taken care of I couldn’t have asked for a for a quicker response from explaining the issue to them solving the problem. I work in the construction world so I know how communication and customer service has to be and the better you do to take care of people and stand by your word and products the more they will return to get more of what you have to offer so in saying all that I will recommend them to everyone I can and I’m also extremely happy with the blowers I bought those little guys are beasts lol

My husband and I own a small stump grinding company. Grinding stumps is super messy. Dirt flies everywhere. In the past, when we finished a job, out came the push broom to sweep up sidewalks, patios, or the street, and the whisk broom for sweeping all the grindings and dirt off our equipment. Now, we use the Turbo Jet for both. (For big messes, the push broom is still good initially, but for all the residual, the Turbo Jet makes life much easier.)

Seriously, my back loves it! I'm 60 years old and although not ancient, I hate the push broom with all my heart. The Turbo Jet makes my heart and my back very happy.

My brother brought 2 blowers as Christmas gifts for myself and another brother and we love them. I use mine around the yard but my brother uses his at his work site. He's a carpenter, all his co-workers asked about and wanted one. It was unfortunate that his broke somehow. The mechanism in the front chamber flew off one day when he was using it. Fortunately it did not hit anyone. I contacted the company and they wanted pictures which I can understand. What I didnt understand was, they sent me the part to fix it. After receiving the part, we realized that it was something that needed to be soldered. Unless you are in that line of work, who has the equipment or knowledge to do such work. After a little more correspondence with Diane a Rep from that company and letting her know the disappointment in not having a replacement sent out instead, she quickly understood the frustration in just receiving a replacement part. I was willing to send it back so they could look it over to make sure it would not happen again to someone else. Diane sent a new blower and once again my brother is ecstatic to have his blower back. One of the greatest things about this blower is that it is compatible with Dewalt batteries and since we use all Dewalt products, this was a great find. I recommend this to anyone thats looking for a blower, especially if they need it to be compact with power. This is definitely the one purchase. Its worth the money.

The blower does blow ok, but I find myself crouching down to get it to work on anything on the ground. You have to hold it very close to what you want to blow for it to work. VortexHaus offered me a $20 rebate but never gave it to me. They lied to me and kept telling me they credited my card and to call my bank, which I did. They ran me around for several months, but never paid me. Definitely do not trust this company!

User friendly ordering.
The product is AMAZING! I primarily purchased for drying of my vehicles after washing. Works great and small enough to take to the carwash with me. Made drying quick and easy and no water spots.
I have also used it in my shop and patios. Works great for quick and easy clean ups.

Customer service was amazing, customer service went above and beyond helping me with my order and replacement, blower arrived in a very timely manner, everyone I had the pleasure of talking to was polite, very helpful and fast responses, could not recommend this company more.

Eight days after ordering, I have no response from Vortex about a shipment which still says "shipping label on process". Customer service is important to me and they have failed on their end. One star only!

Superior product... I have discovered another yet unusual thing it can accomplish... When I drive home in the AM, I come across many many deer along the back roads home... I have found lowering my window and shooting the Vortexhaus out the window scares the hell out of them and they run away from the sound and away from my car... My cat's at home hate the most too haha

What a great product. The blower exceeded my expectations. It dried my BMW M850XI in about 5 minutes . This is large car and it worked perfectly. To a point I want to buy another one to keep in my car at all times. This is a great tool for my vacation needs. Out standing product and has meet all my needs around my home and cars.

I purchased this blower to dry my car and also for yard work. It has saved me so much time with its amazing power. I use the dewalt batteries and they work great.

Purchased a TURBO JET DOUBLE-BLOW V2 FAN UNIT several months ago, primarily to assist in drying cars after washing. After a dozen uses or so it stopped working and I discovered that the fan rotor bearing cover had become detached. I decided to write to VortexHaus in USA and inform them. I was gobsmacked to receive a reply from the company founder stating that he was disappointed that my unit had failed and that he would arrange for his team to send me a replacement foc. Sure enough within a week a new unit was delivered to my home from the USA, and a few days later another email arrived from the company founder asking how his team had performed to resolve my issue. It's a fantastic unit for drying a car and many other uses I suppose, but I was mightily impressed with the way VortexHaus US dealt with my issue. I've never experienced service like it before and can't recommend this company and their product highly enough.

A fault in the device was thoughtfully and quickly remedied through the work of Diane and her team Thanks so much!
