Great blower but it malfunctioned when less than a year old.
Contacted customer service. They requested photos, evidence etc, and then quickly arranged a replacement.

After letting Diane know that my Vortex had malfunctioned, she was a HUGE help in keeping me calm and replacing my blower.

The VortexHaus 3.0 is an impressive blower; I like how compact and powerful it is. When I pulled the trigger back the first time and it pushed back in my hand I knew it had a lot of power. I have used it several times to clean up around the backyard and in the garage. It is perfect for getting into tight spaces that a regular blower cant easily go. I am truly impressed and would highly recommend the VortexHaus 3.0.

Bought 2 of these, after using them to dry my vehicles after washing several times 1 stopped working. Called customer service and …… no problem, had a replacement within 3 days. Very happy with Vortex!!!

I bought one of these and what a great bit of kit! Lightweight (Dewalt battery), great for drying car and blowing leaves and grass. Being a builder another great use is blowing away dust when cutting and grinding. Being so light and easy to use you find more use for it.
Hoping they might do some nozzles for it soon.
One other little note on customer services. I dropped it and broke the rear fan cover, my fault! One email to customer services and they sent me 4 replacements! Top machine and top people to deal with!

I initially said no way, not at this price, then I received my order. Oh my, this thing is absolutely insane. It’s awesome. No longer need to get out the gigantic M18 blower. I have no idea how it packs such a punch. I gave one of the three of my order to a friend, he is equally blown away at this thing, he said “how on earth”. 100% recommend. Worth the investment.

VortexHaus stood behind there product and I didn't have to jump thru hoops to get help. I told them something was wrong and they went and mailed me another one. That is what you call standing behind your product.

I was skeptical that something this small would have the blowing power. Boy was I wrong. Definitely works as advertised and I highly recommend purchasing one of these beasts. I bought 2.

It was an easy ordering experience, quick delivery and most importantly, a product that exceeded my expectations. I have used this to help dry off my car, clean off the porch and clear away the dust from a recent dust storm. It does it all and keeps on going

This company took payment and 3 weeks later tracking the supposed shipment it says usps is waiting for the item. They don't respond to my emails and I caution people not to do any business with this shady company.

Amazed by the power of this lightweight tool. So handy. We live in a windy part of the state and get a lot of debris on our porch. No need to haul out the broom or big blower— what a timesaver.

This thing is crazy powerful and as light as a feather, you can actually fell it pushing against your hand. Also their customer service is great. My shipping got hung up, I sent an email, and got an immediate response. My unit arrived the next day.

For years I've driven some of my cars through car washes. They blow water off at the exit and you can drive off and end up with water spots or park if you paid for an upgrade and watch them blow out crevices, but still end up with water spots.
I saw the VortesxHaus Turbo Jet 3.0 and decided to take a chance because I have a car I will never drive through the car wash. I spent hundreds on microfiber towels but they always leave fibers all over the car. Especially noticeable on the windshield when driving. I always have water spots once I get home because I can't blow out the crevices where water collects. Cleanup is a mess.
I have the DeWalt battery version. One battery was more than enough to do the whole car. No water spots when I got home. One thing I've noticed after a few days of driving the car is road dust does not stick to the car near as much as when I hand dried the car with microfiber towels. Perhaps all those stuck fibers were adding to the problem. The TurboJet DB v3.0 makes going to the DIY carwash so much easier.
My one suggestion is to add a trigger lock to the unit. As an older guy with some issues it would help since my hand gets tired holding it for long periods of time. I know it won't help today but if I need to have it replaced it would be nice for a newer model to already have this feature. Great product.
