Fantastic blower…incredible power!!! Very impressive. Excellent customer service, too! I had a problem with the fan after 6months of heavy use. I reported the issue and received very prompt response. I can’t recommend this product enough.

I was pleasantly surprised on the torque and power out of this small light weight blower. Actually had more then my little dewalt blower

Customer service was excellent. Had issues with the first 2 air blowers pretty much right out of the box. The issues were handled easily with 2 new air blowers. Shipping time for the original 2 air blowers and the 2 replacement air blowers seemed to be a bit long. The 2 replacement blowers have been fine for 2 months use now.

What a great tool. I’m a bus driver and I use it to sweep out the bus at the end of the day. Also great for blowing the leaves out of the garage. My wife like it because she can’t use or start the leaf blower

I want to let everyone know that VortexHaus US stands by its product. I purchased two of these blowers, and one malfunctioned. I sent them a video, and a new one was on its way. I received the replacement, and it works great. I am glad we had two, for they are lightweight and are very handy units. I highly recommend VortexHaus.

Customer service is great! But the problem with the product is, I bought multiple units v2/v3 and the extended warranty. I’ve used up all the units warranties cause the units pop and then start smoking within a weeks use. I’ve spent a great deal of money. Units are awesome when they’re working, very powerful. But, I’m tired of these easily breaking. I’ve got one more unit to use and when that pops and starts smoking probably within a short time, I will be looking elsewhere for a little blower I can carry in my big rig. Very frustrating.

I recently made a warranty claim for my Turbo Jet Double Blow V3. I sent an email late on a Saturday afternoon, Sydney Australian time, and expected to wait at least a few days for a response.
To my surprise, Marielle replied within seven minutes, and just three minutes later I received a tracking number for the replacement. The replacement arrived one week later.
The entire process was fast, professional and completely hassle-free. An outstanding customer service experience from start to finish.

This unit absolutely blew me away (no pun intended). I came into it with only minor expectations, anticipating I'd end up ultimately using it as a wheel/crevice "blowout" tool, since I am so accustomed to relying on larger units like the EGO 650 (which I used to use in my auto detailing business) to move air across large panels. I'm thrilled to say I don't really feel like I need the larger units anymore, I can just exclusively rely on VortexHaus to get the job done!

Considering the VortexHaus unit serves both roles to move large amounts of air/water across large panels & also serves as that aforementioned "wheel/crevice blowout tool", this truly has become the perfect A-I-O (All in one) solution for me!

Not to mention, the super compact size allows me to fit it in my pocket and/or a small bag and bring it pretty much anywhere if needed! Even when I have a packed vehicle!

Last but not least, this tool has become the ultimate cure for my sanity because now when I get caught in a rainstorm and my vehicle isn't perfectly clean.... instead of being forced to soon after wash the car OR risk scratching the vehicle with a drying towel just to avoid water/mineral spotting; Now I can simply grab my hand held blower real quick and blow everything off with ease!

Last but not least, this tool has become the ultimate cure for my sanity. Now, whenever I get caught in a rainstorm and my vehicle isn't perfectly clean, I'm no longer forced to either wash it again or risk scratching the paint with a drying towel just to prevent water spots. Instead, I can simply grab my handheld blower and dry everything off in minutes with ease.

This product is 100% worth the money!

Very useful and strong blower for drying my car, even clearing snow off my car is pretty efficient. Also, some of the best customer service. I had an issue in spring where something might have gotten caught in the blower and it blew. Sent an email with video proof and immediately sent me a new one… I’ve honestly never experienced such a timely replacement ever

I was skeptical, but needed a good gift for my son and thought I'd try this out before sending it to him. Honestly, I was concerned it might have been over-hyped. To my great pleasure, it really does perform and compares very well against larger machines. After a few minutes I felt it was worthwhile surprising him by sending it on right away. He was not familiar with this and was likewise quite surprised and pleased with performance. I trust it will last as advertised as well; to be proven. If so, with the great performance I can highly recommend.

I bought 2 vortex blowers and loved them. One of them broke and I had to use their support to have it replaced. The process was easy and they quickly sent a replacement.

Use it all the time. It is quick and easy to access and is as powerful as any of the bigger blowers. I bought an extra battery at Lowe’s and it has plenty of time to complete the job. I did have an issue either the first one and they sent me a replacement with no issues.

I had an issue with the Turbo jet, contacted the manufacturer & they initially told me that the warranty was expired
When I explained my problem they said that they would honor a replacement unit
I am satisfied that they are a good company

I love the turbo jet. I use it for jobs all around the house and yard. I had an issue with the first one but a replacement was sent out. The replacement did take longer than it should have in my opinion. I use it for jobs that don’t require my large backpack blower. I am using the Dewalt battery that came with the unit and it usually lasts for about a half hour or so of use.

Is as powerful as I'd hope it would. I've had mine for a few months and have had zero issues.

This is a great product, compact; uses a battery pack I already have. Shipping took longer than expected, but the company kept me informed; overall good experience.

I use the blower to remove water and snow. It work well for awhile and then I failed. I contacted customer service and they replaced the unit with no questions. The unit works well for removing water but it gets hot and eats batteries.
