Misleading, beware!!
I placed an order on July 1, and, very quickly thereafter, received a shipping notice. Pretty impressive turnaround, at least I thought. Today, July 9, I checked the shipping status, and it showed, "Shipping Label Created" with no other progress or updates. I sent an email to the company requesting a status update, and I was told there's an issue with the address I provided. I immediately checked, and there's no issue. When I responded, the representative suggested perhaps I live in a rural area and their carrier is unable to complete delivery, offering alternatively to have it shipped to a nearby post office. Here's the problem - my residence is located just miles from a top-20 U.S. metropolitan area; I get packages delivered to my house frequently without any issues whatsoever. After I mentioned this to the representative, she/he then changed course and mentioned "the package exception is due to your shipment going through import customs clearance in Chicago." Oh, boy, here we go...a U.S.-based company that prides itself on American-made products is manufacturing in China and shipping here. I DON'T want to hear the most common boiler plate line that domestic inventory is sold out and shipping was shifted to a warehouse abroad for my convenience. I'd rather be told there will be a shipping delay and have it originate domestically. As a first time customer, this type of misleading practice causes me to lose all confidence. Furthermore, it's clear no one on their end is paying any attention to their logistics otherwise I wouldn't have needed to reach out to get this explanation. With that, I requested to cancel the order and be provided with a full refund back to my credit card, and I was denied because the product had already been shipped, now leaving me with the headache of awaiting the package, paying to ship it back, and there's no telling how long it will take to get a refund (recall I was offered to have the product rerouted to a post office, but they can do nothing when I want to refuse it). Do yourself a favor and buy a similar product from a reputable retailer.

You’re right to be pissed about this experience. If I got a “label created” tracking limbo, three different explanations, and then found out it was clearing customs instead of shipping from where I expected, I’d feel misled too. That’s on me.
We are a US‑based company with global manufacturing, and in your case we created a whiplash of half‑answers instead of one clear, explanation. The confusion around your address, the rural comment, and then the customs explanation reads like no one was actually owning your shipment end‑to‑end. That’s exactly what we’re tightening up.
Here’s what we’ll do next:
(1) Logistics audit on your case: Your order is being used as a live audit for how we handle exceptions: where it ships from, how we update tracking, and how we explain it. That includes tightening the tracking page so “label created” limbo and customs holds are more visible and better explained.
(2) Full refund, no questions asked. I’ll refund your order in full so you’re not financing an experience you don’t trust.
(3) Free unit if you still want to judge the product: If you’re open to it, we’ll ship you a fresh unit at our cost once this is cleaned up so you can judge the tool on what it does in your driveway, not how badly we handled communication.
(4) Priority handling: Your ticket will be flagged for priority so this is resolved quickly and cleanly, without more back‑and‑forth or you paying to ship anything back.

Amazing product !!
Amazing product !!! I’ve ordered my Vortex Haus with the compatibility of the DeWalt battery. I bought it to dry my car mainly and it dries my car very fast then I’ll use it to blow the leaves and rubbish out of my garage. I would recommend buying Vortex Haus for your outdoor needs .

Powerful little blower
What a great little blower! I was surprised that such a small thing could have so much power. My yard is constantly full of leaves, twigs, pine needles and seed pods from these tall trees surrounding my yard. And I was able to clean it up in a fraction of the time it usually does. I was even able to clean between the pots and the nooks and crannies.

Very Impressive!
Honestly, I was shocked. I never thought I would have a tool that was so cool that I wanted to show it to my friends! It is so light that it seemed at first like a toy. My Milwaukee battery snapped in easily and when I pulled the trigger I couldn’t believe how much power it had. I spent the next hour finding anything and everything I could to blow out and the battery still had a charge. My son-in-law is an HVAC guy and he got one to put in his work van and uses it every single day to clean up faster at jobs and keep his van clean. This little blower is the real deal! I'm having fun washing the car now as I just blow the water out of all the difficult spaces in the grill and wheels.
I don't need to use a towel anymore! And the moonroof which is so high on the Hummer H2, I just climb on the footrail and blow the water off of it to prevent water spots.

Customer Support Experience
So, I placed my order for the Turbo Jet DB v3.0 early morning EST and made a mistake in which battery I needed it compatible with. Sent their support team an email indicated my mistake and could they change my order before shipment was made. By 1100 EST time I had a changed order and a confirmation email from their support team indicating the change had been made and thanking me for my order. Support doesn't get any better than that. Glad I chose them to replace my Amazon cheapo blower!!!

Ive bought a couple of "seen on TV" items in the past. NOT impressed. My wife saw one of these hand helds on TV and expressed interest. So I got on the net to see if there was a real one. Found your website, read some reviews, ok let's try this one. Wow. Just WOW! Pull the trigger and it will literally push your hand back. Thats impressive. I cut the grass today and used it to blow the debris from the driveway, porches and sidewalks. Using a 9aH battery, after all that it was only down to 82% charge. It definitely works as advertised and that is why I buy the real deal instead of "as seen on TV". Again, impressive. V/R. Daniel

Good product and customer service
Primarily use the blower for quick jobs where getting the larger model is not convenient. Quick dry of the bikes or car after a bath works very well and snow after a light coating.
Dewalt 9AH gives more than enough time to do my vehicles.

Vortexhaus is the one & only…..
Vortexhaus’ handheld blower is the tool you never knew you needed. It is the real deal. It’s portable enough to take it anywhere! Small enough to get into the tightest spots. Strong enough to blow a yard full of leaves, perfect for detailing a car in and out or just about anything you need to blow. Because of its portability it save me so much time compared to the old bulky blower I was using. I purchased the 5Ah 18v Makita battery compatible model. It gives me all the reserve power I need.
As for the company Vortexhaus? Their quality of service puts even the most well known of manufacturers to shame. They are totally accessible, I had a minor issue and they took care of me like I was a VIP. I’ve been in sales for over 40 years and let me tell you I am and will be a customer for life! Highly recommend.

It's as easy to use as a spray bottle, just point and pull the trigger. But with this you can get into tight spaces!
This little thing surprized me. I have a large electric blower and this little blower had every bit as much power as the giant one. The only difference was with the Vortex Haus blower, I could climb my attic stairs and blow off everything I have stored in the attic and my attic looks new again. I've never attempted that with the big blower. This was just too easy. Love it!
