I would strongly advise against ordering through this company. Voshie is not a direct retailer but rather an interface that sells products via third-party sellers, such as Luxe Boudoirs UK, many of which have very poor reviews.
After placing my order and receiving a confirmation email, I received no further communication from their customer service team. I’ve since had to raise a dispute with my bank to recover my funds.
Although Voshie has some positive reviews, many appear to come from sellers rather than customers. Because Voshie represents these third-party retailers, any negative experience with one of them ultimately reflects poorly on Voshie itself.

We’re sorry to hear you’ve had this experience — but just to clear things up, Voshie isn’t a retailer and doesn’t handle customer orders directly. We’re a marketplace platform, which means each store (like Luxe Boudoirs UK) manages its own products, orders, and customer service.
We’ve checked our system and haven’t received any emails or messages from you, so it looks like you’ve not been in touch with us. If there’s ever an issue, the best route is always to contact the store you purchased from directly — they’re the ones who can resolve it fastest.
Our focus is on supporting sellers, not acting as a middleman for individual customer orders. And while some of our reviews do come from sellers (they’re part of our community too!), many are from happy buyers who’ve had great experiences.
We always recommend checking a store’s feedback before ordering — a little research goes a long way 😉

I cannot warn you enough, Do not use this site, I ordered some cushions on 25 jan and still haven't received them, communication with this site is an absolute nightmare, I have messaged them approx 8 times, received response saying they have re sent my order but still haven't received it, i asked for refund still haven't heard anything from them, went through my bank in the end! Lesson learnt use reputable companies from on!!
In response to below. I sent emails after emails asking where my order was, I got little or no response for days! The tracking did not work! The customer service i received was shocking, I finally received the items last week after I had gone through my bank for a refund.

Just to clarify, Voshie is a marketplace platform, not the store you ordered from. We clearly state in our terms and in our auto-responses that buyers should reach out directly to the seller (we know, thrilling stuff). That said, we’re chasing this store behind the scenes and giving them a very firm nudge.
We’re sorry this was your first impression, but we hope you’ll give us another shot—we’re here to support small businesses and actually give a damn when things go sideways.

Item not in stock - No refund over two anda half months and counting!
Reading these reviews, they may be great if you are a seller but not as a buyer requesting a refund! Back in November, I ordered a duvet cover from one of the companies which sell through Voshie. A couple of weeks later, not having received the item, I started an enquiry just to see when it would arrive. I did receive a reply from the company via the Voshie platform explaining that they didn’t have any in stock and that I could have an alternative or a refund. On the same day, I explained that I wanted that particular duvet and as it was out of stock, please could I have the refund of £49.99. Since then I have heard nothing not received the refund. I have asked several times and yesterday I placed an ultimatum that if I don’t receive my refund in full with 10 days, I will contact my credit card company to deal with it.

Dreadful service. Ordered from Paradise Pets on the 8th Dec and the present never arrived. Two complaint submissions made, still no resolution from either Voshie or the seller.

As an internet seller the service and support received from Voshie is just fabulous. If you have any questions or issues the are straight on it and go beyond your expectations to resolve it. What can I say the platform is brilliant.
What can I say, Faye has been amazing, actually speaking to a human being when you are struggling makes such a difference, nothing is too much trouble and she has been so supportive. The social media promotion is an added bonus and she has even had time to help me with that also. I can't recommend the platform enough, it looks so more professional and I have slowly started moving from my previous marketplace to being totally on Voshie.
You won't find anywhere else that offers the personal support that you receive. There are no hidden fees, you know exactly what you will be paying each month.
I am so excited for the new site and it is great that it is a UK marketplace.

Wow, where do we start! We were recommended to try selling on here for our small business and we’re so glad we have. The site is easy to use as both a seller and a buyer. The fees are soooo much better then other marketplace and nothing hidden costs either. And then there is the service!
