I have been using the services of VoyaFX for a long time and I am satisfied with the trading platform. It is very confortable and easy to handle. The customer service department is always ready to help when you need help and have questions.

Don’t trust this company it’s an absolute scam. Copy trader statistics are just wrong, they show that they’re profitable even though they are losing you hundreds. Erik is obnoxious and an awful person to deal with, he’s incredibly rude. Honestly don’t know how he makes a living he’s so forceful and I literally avoided speaking to him. I also asked to withdraw my funds and they ignored my requests so my balance went to 0. I would get another copy trader like v social or e toro. This company is awful, please don’t sign up

I've been trading with VoyaFX for some time, and I enjoy their services. The user interface of the application is nice, the news section is very helpful and you can find analysis of stocks from investment banks.
I both won and lost money, there is indeed risk in volatility, but you can work with take profits and stop losses, and also there is the possibility to place pending orders.

VoyaFX takes care of me by providing great services - user friendly platform, detailed analyses and attractive trading conditions. I trade on a daily basis and have been a client for a few months. I recommend this broker to every trader who wishes to learn and improve their trading skills, as well as boost their trading results. Keep it up guys!

I found eventually Voyafx and I am glad of the services and support I receive every day.
I have to mention that Erik Hoffmann was very patient with all the questions I asked him as I am not familiar with the financial markets. He always explained me the necessary information about the financial markets and the news moving the markets up and down.
Trading software is very easy and user friendly. So and copy trading functionality.

I would say the trading platform that Voyafx offers is very simple and easy to use. No problems so far. I also tried to withdraw some money and everything happened as I requested.

I already gave my feedback, post which Erik called me stating everything I mentioned was incorrect and he was a bit too aggressive and I had to disconnect the call. Even the response received from VOYAFX to my previous feedback is absolutely inaccurate. One more thing I missed, there was an arrangement to pay me some cash back (30% of the interest swap) to be done on a monthly basis, which they havent processed for the second month, when I lost my money in the trades. Even my comment about copy trading was not that I haven't used it, instead I used it and since I was not happy (there were too many loopholes - no stop loss, no control), I had to end my copy trade transactions with a loss and had stopped using it. Suggest, not to use it, since it was not even profitable. VOYAFX is not at all trustworthy and suggest you stay away from them.

I am using the platform last 3 months and I have no any problem so far.
I am relatively new on the financial markets and I am asking a lot of questions how to act in a particular situation and always I received helpful advice.

The trading platform is fresh and easy to use.

Avoid copy trading, they do not use SL. Sooner or later there will be a huge drop of the account and Eric Hoffman will be saying that you make a great profit and positions are developing.
High spreads and swaps, completely not competitive conditions. You will not learn anything from them. I am very dissapointed. Bonus money is a trap. You will need to trade huge amount of lots to be elligible for withdrawal of that bonus or any gains.
They should be ashamed of such actions. Do not be fooled by copytraders percentage of gains (it is without swaps which are reducing considerably potential gains). Some positions by copytraders are open both ways, so if they are to get 4%, they will always win. On the other hand not sure if all of them are humans (rather bots as so many positions are open).

Please be aware of few aspects about voyafx:
1. Don’t work with Erik Hoffman- he is rude and deceptive. They boast about providing the Account manager, which is good for nothing
2. Dont get trapped in the bonus, as your own money also get trapped and eventually end up losing all the money
3. Spreads are way too high
4. Their nightly charges (called interest swap) is sky high, where you will end up paying around 30-40% of your profit value on a daily basis. This is not for crypto, but indicies and commodities, primarily
5. Dont use their Copy trading feature, that actually is a trap where positions are
6. They don’t provide all the information upfront and keep an eye on their terms and conditions, as they keep updating it without any intimation, which itself is a breach
7. Finally, they are not UK FCA Compliant

Overall, please Dont get trapped! Hope it helps…

1. Advice section is useless. I received 3 trading advices from them and all entered into stop loss.
2. Copy Trading section dangerous. I copied one trader quickly because consultant Eric was on the phone. After when I had time to analyze and I saw that the CT was doing profit because he was keeping opened loosing positions was to late to cancel. Was doing something like open a buy and a sell position. One will bring profit and one will increase the loss profit.
3. Useless weekly phones from consultant. He was calling weekly to tell me how great my account was doing. Balance was 450EUR and Equity 100EUR and he was saying that is great. Even when Balance became 400 because of swaps he was saying again what a great week was for my account. This pink situation was so because he was trying to fool me to send more money.
4. This is not confirmed so it is just a suposition, but after I told him to don't call me each week because I can see the REAL status also from browser, the CT did his first SL and now I have Balance 290EUR and Equity 100EUR
5. Trading is not a gambling. And they have promotions like gambling sites. Invest 1000 and get 1000 extra.
6. They have TradingView charts which is ok, but you don't have the option to use all features from a standalone trading like custom signals to put on chart

I am very satisfied with the training I received in the beginning and continue to receive regular updates. I am using their services for more that 6 months and I am glad so far.

Copy trading. My account manager was also Erik Hoffman. Exactly the same story as others, starting off good, then a huge deep dive, loss of £380. Unlike any other copy trading platform once a position is open you have no control over it. I trade on other platforms as well as it was too good to be true in the beginning, I let it go (had no choice really). My account manager constantly called to add more funds so better trades can be done etc, like all the other reviewers. Looking back I would have just added to my loss. Luckily I said no and also said no to register my wife thank god. Positions are opened up some resulted in some gain then a huge dive down to zero after I think about 2 months or 3. You cant close positions opened by the trader meaning you can interfere with the thing at all unless you completely disengage from the trader meaning you will basically take a loss on everything if its in negative balance. On top of that - although its not visible but im sure its the case - you also get the daily charges on the account for something you cant even close individually. I indicated this issue a number of times to Erik (although I am sure in response there will be something mentioned here to dress it up nicely) and also stated why isnt he using a stoploss. This copytrader is bullseye, dont be fooled by the huge profits on the account, certainly if you have £1000s to go on a deep dive with a hope the trade comes back one day, then go for it. I accept the fact that traders loosing out on trades, but the fact you have zero control over it makes it really difficult to control, does it? Just to name a few other platforms where you are able to do what you want with the trades places (which should be the norm) : Vantage, Axi. My recommendation is to avoid unless you just want to burn money...

This company is a scam. don't trust them. they are not legitimate. Erik Hoffman is a moron, he doesn't know what he is doing, he is a scammer, and his claims of having a masters degree in finance are false too.
