Ordered lamp with shade

Ordered lamp with shade. Delivery was taking longer than expected and after reading review, decided to cancel my order. This was done promptly.
However, the 'up to 14 days to process a refund' I simply see as them holding onto your money longer than necessary. I can understand the poor reviews.

Weeks for a refund on a product not even shipped

I had to cancel an order as my job takes me overseas at the last minute sometimes. The cancellation was fine but it took weeks, lots of emails (most of which did not get a reply) and 3 phone calls to get my refund. The lady on the telephone was rude and very unfriendly. This is a shame because the products are very pretty. I will not be a return customer unfortunately.

Lovely shop and items

Always very happy with my many purchases from Voyage Outlet Store.
I know the products very well, including colours of textiles, wooden frames etc, so for me, there is never any problem with colour-schemes matching etc.
I’d maybe advise customers to find their local stockist and check items for colours before purchasing.
I’m sad that most lampshades specify unsuitable as pendants and can only be used on lamps, but I’ve never made a wrong purchase yet from Voyage Outlet in 7 years of happy shopping with them.
I love Voyage Maison, I love their products, and their outlet sales are spectacular for beautiful items. Fantastic quality items at great prices, just maybe order samples from their main site or local stockists to check colourways, for those who are chancing purchases and don’t realise that returns are either difficult or in the case of cut textiles: not an option.
Just be aware that cut textiles are never refunded at any textile shops, not just Voyage.

I bought a lampshade

I bought a lampshade. Could not see the colour as it has too much wrapping on it . Removed it and the colour was not like on the internet. Now I can’t return as it does not have the original packaging. Maybe I should have left in the box , to see if it matched my lamp stand. Would not recommend this company. After sales service bad.

Hard to contact customer service

Lampshade arrived not suitable. I returned it per their policy paying for the postage and they received it on 31 October. I am still waiting for a refund. It legally should be issued within 14 days from when the item was received. I am trying to phone and email about this but with no response and can only leave a message on voicemail, again no response. Very poor customer service

Our process for Returns & Refunds is clearly stated within our Returns Policy page. When the goods are returned to our warehouse, they are not necessarily checked upon return but when they are, the Customer Service/Sales team are then notified which then begins the Refund/Returns Process. All in all, a refund is processed up to 14 days after return of goods and thereafter the bank or payment provider can take up to a further 3 to 5 working days for it to show back in your account.

As you didn't leave your details, we cannot confirm if you have now received your refund, If you still haven't please get in touch with us at voyageshop@voyfab.co.uk immediately and we can look into this for you.

BUYERS BEWARE!!!

BUYERS BEWARE!!!
I wanted to return a chair I had ordered. It was only then I checked the return policy. I should have done this before I ordered. My mistake!! One that I won’t be making again! I called and was told they would accept the return and would charge £35 for collection which I thought excessive but was prepared to accept, PLUS £50 RESTOCK CHARGE !! £85 IN TOTAL. Needless to say I wont be using this company again and advise everyone else to avoid also.

After speaking to my colleague in Customer Service, I can confirm that the £50 charge was a collections carriage charge and not a restocking fee. This fee was deducted from your refund as you requested us to collect the chair rather than returning it yourself via a courier of your choice. The £35 charge you mentioned was your original delivery charge, as the chair was not damaged or faulty, our terms and conditions state this is not refundable.

Our delivery & returns policies are published on our website, as well as on confirmation and fulfilment emails. We apologise for any miscommunication that may have occurred on our part, but rest assured you have not been charged for restocking your returned order.

I ordered a throw which arrived quite…

I ordered a throw which arrived quite quickly. However, the colour was nothing like the picture and therefore didn’t go with my decor. I paid £6.95 I believe postage and then another £6.95 to return item. I then waited 3 weeks to get my refund…
Disgraceful…will NEVER buy from this company again and would not recommend to anyone.

Voyager Outlet Exceptional Quality

I have ordered curtains cushions settee etc from this siteThe quality is exceptional.
I brought a plain settee but really wanted a hare and fox one but one wasn’t available. A few weeks later they came back in I rang customer service to see if I could swap The lady on the phone was so helpful and said they could make me cushion covers which I ordered.
You may have to wait for delivery but it is worth the wait .

I must admit there are some really nice products on this website, but I ordered what I thought would be a colourful throw which in the sale was still expensive. Annoyingly I didn't check the return policy, as most companies now offer a free return service. So now I'm faced with having to return a heavy throw at a considerable cost I'm sure. Yes my fault for now checking, but this has put me off ordering anything else from the company sorry

Ordered a footstool and a 52 cm…

Ordered a footstool and a 52 cm lampshade on the 15th July which was to come with free candle because order came to over £100. Have received no emails to tell me about the progress of the order and have yet to receive the items I ordered. Doubt I shall be using Voyage Maison again

PS phoned them today , Thursday 28th July and was assured that the order was being dealt with and would be with me by early next week. Hopefully that will be the case

Items arrived Saturday 30th July….delighted with them😀👍

Absolutely terrible service

Absolutely terrible service. Waited a week for my order, hadn’t even received a shipping notification, so I emailed them. Was then told that there was a stock error so they cannot fulfil my order! What would have happened if I didn’t email? Basically tried to rob me of £70!

My review is based on my personal and trueful experience with Voyage Maison Outlet. Customer Service experience has always been 100%. Quality of their products are absolutely beautifully made. Their communication, has always been 100%, alongside their Postal Delivery preferences. At all times the Postal Company have also been 100% with their communication and polite delivery drivers. I have no hesitation in recommending or placeing any of my further orders. ✔⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Excellent quality as always .

Have just bought several cushions and am very happy with them. The quality, as always, is excellent, as is anything I have bought from this company. Delivery times were fine. Just wish that sometimes they have more than just the one photo of each item on their website to get a better idea of what it’s like. But I usually buy from the Outlet website, so that could be why.

Please note that any custom-made items such as the Rupert Bench with a custom fabric has a delivery lead time of approximately 2-3 weeks. Your item is was being upholstered by our specialist team at Voyage last week and is due to be delivered to you within the next few days. We can see that your order was placed recently so rest assured this is still on track for our standard lead time. Any custom made product will be on a longer lead time as it needs to be made-to-order first before we can ship this to you. Also please note, deliveries to highlands and any remote areas may e subject to a few extra working days lead time by our courier services.
