Beautiful lamp - am delighted with my purchase

I have bought a variety off things from voyage all good quality I have been very pleased with all off the items the problem is the prices it varies all the time I bought some chairs I wanted to get another one but it was nearly £200.00 more then I had paid, 6 weeks later it was back to what I paid, for it also the postage is nearly £50.. a chair so that has to go on top of the price but there things are nice. I bought a picture which was a clearance, it was damaged in the post they had it picked up straight away, I asked if they could send a different one I had seen there was a £1.00 difference so they wouldn't do it as they have no payment facilities, I spent a few thousand pounds with them so they could have let the pound go, they should look at it as good customer relations

Delighted with the quality of our table lamps and cushions, everything received is excellent. Delivery of items each time has been flawless and speedy. Would recommend without hesitation.

No opportunity to change my order, which I wanted to. Telephone line was down on the day and my emails were not responded to as quick as I would have wanted.
The order placed was a real treat, in hard financial times, and the thought of paying two lots of postage, instead of just one, was beyond my capabilities on two really expensive items of purchase. In the end, just one was purchased.
Three stars awarded as a member of staff did, courteously, phone me - message left - and emails received suggesting I look in my 'spam' folder for email replies.
The business could just do with a more human touch, rather than an electronic payment system that cannot be altered to suit the customer's specific requirements.
NB I note that the price of the lampshade has gone up in price since I ordered, yet is still quoted as a clearance price. Certainly could not have bought it now!

No email to say products were on way but the cushions were all lovely and my friends loved them for their birthday.

Ok so, I saw some cushions I loved in a local up market garden centre. I nearly fainted at the price but thought I would take note of the manufacturer and see if they were cheaper direct from them. I couldn’t get the price as they seemed to be for trade only. Anyway, found that there was an outlet and have kept checking to see if the ones I wanted came into them. Well they didn’t have the colour I wanted but I ordered 2 in a different colour way anyhow 😍😍 they arrived today, I am over the moon with them. They are beautiful and a fantastic quality. Even better coming from my home city of Glasgow. Yeah, I’m in love with them. Daughter says I’m totally off my rocker but I love having nice things. I will be keeping my eye on the site in case the other colour ways I want become available. I am extremely happy with the postage times too. 😃

I have bought some seconds fabric and now a beautiful mirror. I’m over the moon with all of it. Everything arrived within days, if not overnight and the quality is stunning. I would recommend you to anyone, thank you! Btw, it seems that most people who have given you a poor review is down to the fact that they didn’t read the description properly 😬

Wonderful experience dealing with Voyage. We placed quite a big order and from ordering online to delivery, we had a great service and were kept informed of the progress. Quality products, would definitely recommend them.

After my initial reservations I have ordered another lampshade. It is beautiful, packaging was solid and secure and updates from Voyage regarding my order was excellent. Very happy to recommend.

Ordered a gift for my wife's birthday and it arrived after 5 days, including a weekend. No problems or issue.
Product was good quality and exactly as advertised.

I bought three Voyage Maison Ebba cushions, which on their website, looked vibrant and beautiful, and at £46 each, I expected just that. When they arrived, they were far more dull and nowhere near as vibrantly coloured as they're depicted on their website.

However, due to previous issues and problems with returning items to this company, I decided to keep them. They had no labels on the covers advising that they should be dry cleaned, so after putting them on a very gentle wash, I was horrified to see that the pattern has all but disappeared!

I've contacted Voyage, and they indignantly tell me, that these items are dry clean only, and I should have searched on their website, to determine this! They also maintain that there's a dry clean only label on each cushion, and when I informed them that there most certainly isn't, Lauren's response was "well there are labels on the ones we have in our warehouse now!" Well that's great for you, but there aren't any on the cushions that you sent me!!

This company is a farce, they charge hugely inflated prices for sub standard products, and then will do anything to try to absolve themselves from blame. I am now going to initiate a chargeback from my credit card, as these are sub standard, faulty and shoddy items, nothing like they're shown on their website, and certainly not worth £46 each!
