This company turned up only 1 hour after being notified by my car insurance company after my car was purposely set on fire on my drive. The gentleman that came was very polite and friendly. He removed the car very professionally and even took the big bits of metal that had melted and fallen off the car. Not only that he asked for a brush to sweep up.

First time breakdown
I had never broken down before but once the recovery was booked i was kept in informed about the ETA and was only waiting an hour. Glenn arrived and was so helpful and friendly and put my mind instantly at ease. The process was so simple and he dropped me off at a garage near my home which was perfect. Car is all fixed now. Cant thank Glenn enough. Superb from start to finish. 5 stars

Very professional. Extremely prompt and efficient.
My wait was less than 1 hour. I received tracking when driver was on the way.
The driver was very friendly and professional.
Extremely happy 😃 would def recommend.
I have used other recovery and sometimes been waiting over 5/7 hours and never received updates.
On this however I received constant updates under to the tracking.

First time I have ever had to use my…
First time I have ever had to use my recovery and thankfully I had a great experience! I have my breakdown cover with 2gether insurance, phoned them and they connected me to a recovery driver. They came to me within about 40 minutes and luckily I was only 7 minutes away from my garage, So overall a very seamless experience.
Can’t remember the name of the recovery driver but he was very helpful, so thank you!

Technician arrived at time advised, greeted in a friendly manner. Grasped the situation, took steps to confirm diagnosis and agreed best practice would be transportation to MG garage which he very quickly carried out. Cannot fault the excellent service.

Friendly efficient breakdown service
My car wouldn't start on the drive at home so I didn't have to contend with other traffic or being stuck in the middle of nowhere. But the service on this occasion was first class. Good communication. The breakdown guy arrived very quickly, re charged the battery in minutes, gave friendly advice and I was soon on the way to my local garage for a new battery.
