Bloke down 200+ miles away from home
In a motorhome with two dogs. Was collected from roadside and taken to services. where we were collected by another company almost immediately and taken the whole way home. Great friendly and professional service from start to finish.

The call out was non emergency, was given an estimated time, they were here within an hour, car taken to garage for repair. Driver was polite and chatty. Great.

Josh arrived 30 minutes early for a home start call. I explained everything that had happened leading up to the call. He listened earnestly then did his diagnostics. Luckily the issue was merely a minor one and got my car started. He then gave future advice for which I am very grateful

Brilliant service,got the call to say he would be 45 minutes and was right on time. He was polite and professional got us and our car all secured and settled and got us to our destination and parked up without any problems, would highly recommend them to anyone.

The service i received from start to finish was excellent, I was kept informed by tracking the recovery vehicle and it was early, the driver was very helpful and friendly and made me feel at ease.

The service we received was fabulous. We broke down in our campervan on the A1 J36 and called for recovery. Within 30 mins we received a phone call from the recovery driver giving us an ETA of 30 mins which was very precise. He arrived in a courteous & professional manner and got to us to our location very safely. Thank you VRCR

Big panic! We’re going away tomorrow and I found a HUGE nail in a tyre. Called the broker who sent me to VRCR and the guy was here ~30 mins later. All sorted, really nice guy, I would recommend VRCR to anyone.

Very nice guy got my car safely out of a horrible lay-by which I hadn't expected to be that bad. Reality proved me wrong, so I desperately needed help as the car wouldn't move an inch.
The original rescue plan didn't work as the ground was not level, so he came up with a different plan which actually did work.
He also checked if the whole incident per se damaged my car which thankfully was not the case.

Our car broke down right before Easter during our holidays and Steve from Vrcr was incredibly helpful and kind. He helped us with the documentation and answered any questions we had as our German insurance company was not really helpful during the whole process. We were able to contact him via WhatsApp or call him whenever we had questions or there were new things to discuss and he really managed the whole process wonderfully.

The guy which came to my car was very polite and helpful I broke down at home so even though I had to wait 1hour and 40mins being at home helped, but I do realise that it is a busy time

Fantastic service. My car broke down so I called VRCR. I waited just 40 mins then the recovery vehicle turned up (1 hour before ETA). The recovery driver was so friendly and happy gutted I didn’t get his name. All I remember is he lived in Kimberworth Rotherham. He was a fantastic lad really knowledgeable too. I would recommend VRCR to everyone

Call center very polite as was the recovery driver. But the price of £110 to change a wheel is too expensive
