Josh was fantastic
Josh was fantastic! I was not feeling very happy at all after a 4 hour plus wait due to the breakdown company (not vrcr) and Josh had driven for at least an hour to get to me but was so bubbly and cheerful, that he lifted my very low spirits. He competently rescued my car and drove it to my local garage. He was very professional and efficient throughout the whole experience. Thanks Josh!

Driver was excellent. We also explained we had an autistic son, and they made us a priority to save him any stress. I can't thank the company and driver enough for the top service from start to finish.

Excellent Breakdown Service – Fast, Friendly, and Reliable
I recently broke down in my 4x4 and contacted Rescue My Car, who I have a personal breakdown policy with. They arranged for VRCR to carry out the recovery – and I couldn't be more impressed with the service from both companies.
The recovery driver from VRCR was extremely punctual, friendly, and very professional. He handled everything smoothly and placed my vehicle on my driveway exactly where it needed to be.
The entire process was stress-free and efficient. I’m very pleased with the excellent service and wouldn’t hesitate to use Rescue My Car again, especially if VRCR are the ones carrying out the recovery.

Recovery came within an hour and the young man who recovered my vehicle was a very nice, chatty chap who did everything he could to make the recovery as smooth as possible, particularly as I live down a narrow lane and manoeuvring his recovery vehicle wasn't easy!

These guys were simply excellent
These guys were simply excellent! They came within a reasonable time (especially considering it was a Saturday). The first breakdown company I have dealt with that actually knew how to deal with a motorcycle. Driver was friendly and quick to secure the bike, and knew the local area. Only slight downside is the tracking app wasn’t very useful. It didn’t reflect where he was when waiting- I know because when he was with me it showed him as miles away. But a great experience with them all the same

Efficient and went above and beyond
Friendly happy bubbly driver. Arrived earlier than ETA. Clearly enjoyed his work. Chatty and great company. He went above and beyond expected to be honest. Also offered their service to fix the car. He was efficient, didn't feel rushed though. Was considerate of other on my road on drop off.

My garage couldn't repair my car following a mechanical fault. Contacted Steven out of hours, within a matter of minutes he had arranged for it to be picked up, taken to his garage, dropped off a courtesy car to me, kept me informed about what was going on at each and every step. Polite, helpful, punctual. Customer service at its finest. Zed.

Absolutely recommendable - 5 stars for the company VRCR!!!
We were very lucky to be transported back to Germany by Steve as our driver, including our caravan and dog. After our car broke down (total loss due to an engine fire on the motorway in South West England) Steve got us back safely and reliably. With our caravan in tow. Steve is not only an excellent driver, but also a real problem solver: he always had good ideas, was helpful and friendly - the whole journey was relaxed and very pleasant. Despite the misfortune with our car, we felt completely at ease and safe with Steve. It was always possible to contact him at any time of day or night via WhatsApp. The answers came quickly and always in our favour. We can recommend him and this service 100% - many thanks again to Steve for the great support and service.
