VX3 have just become the kit provider for my local rugby team including my son's junior side. The quality is great and the range of apparel is pretty extensive. Sizing is pretty true. Have ordered hoodies, polo's, 1/4 zips and jackets and super pleased with the lot.

Just got a bunch of sports clothes from this place, some on sale and some full price. Delivery was quick and everything showed up in good condition. The quality is really good, especially for the sale stuff, but the full-price items are solid too. Overall, a good experience and I’ll definitely be back for more.

Couldn’t fulfil order in estimated time, it took several phone calls with being on hold for long periods to get it sorted. However, have sorted out a quality issue quickly.

Good quality items, took a little while to come but understandable as I ordered personalised items. Would highly recommend.

In Need of Major Overhaul

The ordering and stock systems are in dire need of updating or at least better management. Lead times are not respected, and there seem to be numerous points where orders can be overlooked or not produced at all. I had to call after four weeks of waiting, only to find out that my item was sent to embroidery the same day I reached out. How much longer would I have waited had I not followed up?

Communication is virtually non-existent when it comes to informing customers about delays. It feels like it's up to the customer to constantly chase for updates on their orders. Overall, the service has been inadequate, and I hope they can make the necessary improvements.

Perfect fitting kit and great range available. The kit has completely changed the look of our rugby club alongside the new professional image we are trying to create. The whole club are so happy with the products and as a head coach and main driver of this change, so am I.

Great service , and great quality merchandise

Wanted to order a deal bundle but phoned VX3 to ask for a swap for a different size for 1 item. The guy I dealt with was friendly, helpful & efficient. VX3 kindly accommodated my request. First rate customer service from VX3 & their employee who patiently helped me through the process when I misunderstood something. What a refreshing change to deal with a business that looks after their customers. Definitely use again.

Great quality items purchased for my kids football team, and at a reasonable price.

The items are good quality and as described but the order took quite a long time to come- around 15 days. I realize I ordered in the summer holidays and it's a busy time but there must be a more efficient way of gathering a schools order. The items are also quite pricey and delivery is too.

Lovely material and perfect sizing

Ordered club kit during summer due to long delivery times. Order arrived in September but missing a pair of shorts as wrong size sent.
Update - customer service have now been in touch and resolved.
