Quality is fantastic, embroidery was done extremely well. Will be purchasing more stuff for my son and recommending to all. Also had to give customer service a call to find out about delivery times, my call was answered quickly and the man was lovely and helpful.

Fantastic quality, competitive prices and superb customer service. I've been a returning customer since VX3 became the official kit supplier of Salford Red Devils and Salford City Roosters. I wouldn't want to wear anything else.

I ordered a personalised backpack for my grandson which, due to the personalisation had a ten to fifteen working day lead time. After twelve or thirteenth working days I received an email informing me that the package had been despatched. All well and good and what I expected. Soon after, I received an email from Yodel letting me know that they had my order. I’m under the assumption that after paying £5:99 shipping it would be next day delivery - or the day after that for sure. Four days have now elapsed since the initial email from Yodel and the tracking information remains exactly the same, that they have my package ! I think that VX3 should seriously consider using a different courier service as Yodel seems to be a totally incompetent enterprise.
Let me be clear, this is not a gripe about VX3 but about their chosen couriers. On top of this, the backpack is for my young grandson who is nagging me relentlessly over when his backpack is being delivered.

Quality clothing well made and good fit

Made an order for 2 tops. Made order on the 7th of September and they got delivered on the on the 1st of October . Only after 3 calls and an email. I got a promise I'd have it before the end of 26th September! Never happened
