I’ve been getting Waggly boxes for my dog and I’m really happy with the treats and toys so far. The treats are good quality and my dog goes absolutely crazy for them. The toys are fun, durable, and keep him entertained for ages. It’s a nice surprise each month, and you can tell it’s made with care. Definitely recommend for anyone who wants to spoil their dog a little!

I get to spend quality time with my big dog as she is definitely daddy's girl she might be 10 but she still acts like a puppy thanks for this time with her as we just lost our baby boy who was 14 killed by two ridgeback X wolfhound and she misses her little buddy xo

Look ive had a great experience with this place for the fact my dog loves the toys.
BUT I CANT CANCEL! “You are 10 months into a 12 month subscription” YES I KNOW but i also just dont have a job atm and cant afford to pay for these. When emailed this to then they just responded with “here are some cheaper alternatives” THAT I STILL CANT AFFORD ANYWAYS it is so frustrating i can not afford to pay yet they keep taking money from me anyways. And if they roll my subscription over to the next 12 months when i didnt sign up for that i am going to be pissed

Treats have been pretty good from what ive recieved so far(kangaroo lumbar chunk seems great and lasts days for my pug size mix breed but can come with different sizes which can be a tad too big for my guy to safely chew, Liver is just as you would expect, crumble type treats are airy and great for breaking up to chunks for medium/large dogs or cutting into small peices for training, chicken feet, cube type treats but these are too hard to cut smaller and werent good for my pug size mix breed, shark cartilage wasnt great it has an extremely very strong smell and it seems to break into small sharp chunks when chewed that can be hard to see on some surfaces so take caution)

I got the dog smart camera to try also. Im so happy i did because i was able to veiw my dog after i had left and learnt he has seperation anxiety, he barks continuously so now i know i can address this and help him! I also want to be able to feel safe and secure at home in general and this definitely helps put my mind at ease thankfully. I originally purchased 1 but have gone and purchased 2 more now awaiting arrival.
To use the camera you need to download an app called tuya smart(on andriod, something else for apple). you need to create an account but you dont have to pay any subscription but to use their "cloud" you have to pay a subscription. It does take a micro sd card apparently as an alternative though! The camera has sd or hd recording quality options, the sd is a poorer quality image but it seems to record a smooth video where as the hd option is much higher definition (you can see a clearer image at a further distance than sd) but there is a lag and if you move quickly the camera might miss you, when walking past it in hd mode it will appear like you and your dog can teleport. You can speak through it although this comes through VERY grainy and it doesnt sound like me at all due to the quality. It has motion detection but this catches the tiniest movements,including giving you notifications(if motion detection and notifications are both turned on) for movement while youre literally on the app adjusting the cameras position, there is a similar issue with sound detection notifying for the camera being adjusted. The camera arrived with scratches already under the protective sticker, and the screws sealed in a package arrived damaged like they had been used before.
All this in mind, i have purchased 2 more, i will need to get extension cables so i can set them up as they need to be connected to power constantly to work, and i will need to get micro sd cards so i can be able to go back and review footage. Without microSD or cloud subscription you can only veiw real time or screenshots when a movement/sound is detected when these are turned on, if turned off you have no saved anything to look back at, only the option of Live real time footage(and microphone/speaking, night mode etc.. basic functions work still :D )
Adjusting the camera can be infuriating, the touch screen goes between normal expected sensitivity to very limited sensitivity which makes adjusting with precision very difficult.
One thing i really dont like about this camera is that i want to mount it upside down so it can have a better veiw (because its own stand stops it from looking down, so sat up on the edge of a high shelf(approx 1.4m tall)you cant see the ground below the camera for approximately 4meters infront of the camera, thats a big blind spot and i have a small dog BUT it can look almost if not fully upwards.. so mouted upside down would mean veiwing directly below instead) but you cant then adjust anything in the app, you have to veiw everything and adjust everything all upside down! its a little funny atleast.
They do not seem suitable for outdoor use!! And it is very difficult to understand the instruction manual to set it up originally, took me an hour, but once you understand how it becomes easy.
If you have phone sound on when you veiw the live security footage, and you are also in the vicinity of the camera then it will relay the sound very loudly like an echo of an alarm between your mobile and the camera, make sure your phone volume is down to avoid this echoing between the devices!!

The staff at Waggly club have been so helpful when it came to adjusting our 7month old Bull Terrier x boxer as the previous boxes did last long with her. Shes now on the power chewer box and I have never seen her get so excited when her box arrived

Do not buy the Waggly Rubber Christmunch Tree Chew Dog Toy. I gave this toy to my dog for Christmas, but within just 20 seconds, the tips of the Christmas tree came off. I've purchased many rubber dog toys in the past that have lasted for years, and I consider my dog to be an average chewer. This toy might be suitable for smaller dogs and puppies, but it certainly didn't hold up for my pup. At $28, it’s an expensive disappointment.

My dog usually loves shark cartilage from other brands, but after eating one, he refused to eat any more, which is strange since he will eat almost anything. He enjoyed the shark skin, but both the shark skin and shark cartilage have an overpowering smell compared to other brands I've tried. Even after putting them in a sandwich bag inside a glass container, I can still smell them throughout the house. I’ve also tried storing them in the fridge and now in the garage, but the odor persists; other brands don’t have this problem.

The rubber Sodapup toys are good, and my dog loves the taste of the Waggly Snacks Kangaroo Leg Cubes. They work well for puzzles but aren’t the best training treats since they are quite large. Smaller dogs might have trouble chewing.

Terrible! Don’t rate this to anyone, makes my dogs sick to the point they can’t anything because they’re sick with diarrhoea from the treats and the toys are terrible

TERRIBLE SERVICE + SNACKS WILL MAKE YOUR DOG POO DIARRHOEA OR VOMIT IF MORE THAN 2 CONSUMED.

Awful. Completely disregarded simple instructions sent over multiple times to different people (clearly they don’t communicate with each other), generic responses received on the third and final straw communicating instructions to simply NOT SEND ME THEIR VOMIT INDUCING SNACKS were ignored. Terrible service. For something so simple to result in me cancelling my subscription is astounding to me. Not sure why I’m wasting my breath with this review as it will surely be cast away and ignored like every other communications they receive.

Like many other 1 star reviews here, it's impossible to cancel. I wrote to them twice until I got a response about a month later and cancelled. I find out a month afterwards I've been charged. I wrote to them again about the request and got a generic response about trying to get me to stay. Don't sign up to them

Today we recieved our 2nd box. Both boxes have been extremely underwhelming. After the first box i thought id give them another chance just incase it was a 1 off. But, nope, sadly it wasnt a 1 off. We recieved 1 toy and 3 bags of treats in each box. Its really not worth the price. There is absolutely no way that 1 toy and 3 bags of treats is valued at the advertised price nor is it worth the cost of the box. It would be much cheaper purchased these items at the local pet store.
Customers are absolutely being ripped off with this box

2 packs of treats missing, had this happen one other time and asked for tripe treats as Hades loves that and only had them once in 6 months, so much liver is sent it’s not funny Was assured tripe would be sent in this package and no just more liver again
$49 for one toy, same as every other one just different shape, one small piece of lumbar treat in replace of the “second toy” for aggressive chewer pack and two bags of treats (100grams each bag )

We got the monthly subscription for 'aggressive power chewers', and it's fantastic. All of the toys are still in one piece, and our dog still chews on them, like they are still new to him. This monthly subscription has saved us so money, as they have lasted so long. I highly recommend Waggly Club to anyone. This is a great service.

The toys are rubbish and don’t last. The treats are sub standard to other companies. They LOCK YOU INTO A 12 MONTH CONTRACT that they do not allow you to cancel!
These people are basically thieves!

Can't cancel, all I can do is change it to 3 months instead of every month. Treats are too hazardous for my beautiful boy!!! And toys are dangerous. Do not sign up!!!!!!!!

They send cheap toys that barely last a day. They ask what size of dog you have, but this seems to have little influence since they only send whatever can fit in their tiny boxes.
Cancelling is a nightmare, you're locked in and after your contract has ended you'll be stuck in a back and forth with them throwing terrible offers at you trying to keep you.
My dog did like the treats, but you can buy them online for much cheaper.

The worst subscription service. Have been trying to cancel my subscription for over a year due to being unable to afford it. Have been told I can’t cancel. Have been deferring deliveries continuously since being told that and now you can’t defer deliveries with out emailing them. Absolutely ridiculous. The toys and treats are low quality and aren’t worth the money. Customer service is poor and website is not user friendly.

If there was a zero star option I would have chose it! They make it impossible to cancel even after your 6 month subscription is over. I have now sent 4 emails and I am about to get another box!!!
This is a SCAM. You should be able to cancel without having to advise them more than 3 times. It's a shame because the box is quite good and we enjoyed getting them. If they had of cancelled when I first emailed I probably would have signed up again in the future. But, I will never have a Waggly box again and I certainly will NEVER recommend them.
