What a credit Ashley is
I cannot thank Ashley enough, so attentive, on the ball and welcoming. it has made the experience so far, less stressful. Really good with communication and always keeps us up to date with everything. He made sure the plot we wanted was saved for us while we gathered all our paperwork for our sale to ensure we didn’t miss out. He is a credit to wain homes. Everyone I have spoken to who has come into contact with ashley cannot sing his praises enough and I cannot agree with them more. Ashley is always so busy but always makes so much time for everyone to ensure they receive the best service.

Unbelievably bad service
So, after our drain blocked on our driveway which comes from other houses, Wainhomes agreed to do a survey. After about 3 weeks I heard nothing so I went on Trustpilot Pilot and said that they were useless and the drainswere backing up again.
I got a reply from an engineer saying that he had been on annual leave and the survey had been done but he didn't like being called useless and he would help when I was more respectful.
3 days later and it looks like I'm going to have to pay to get the drains unblocked again and he hasn't sent the report to me.
What kind of service is this?
My wife is now looking at solicitors.
Avoid this shocking company at all costs

Claire in the sales offer really cared, she looked after us all the way through. Very knowledgeable and honest. Shaun and Alex the site managers very experienced and supported us before and after we moved in. Very responsive, wanted to provide an excellent experience and a home to be proud of for their customers.

I had a leak in my main bathroom which was dealt with very professionally by Mike and Paul (NW). I’ll be asking customer care for these guys to come out if any further issues arise. Very friendly and they give you faith in the developer when it comes to aftercare. Thanks guys!

From start to end I have had excellent…
From start to end I have had excellent experience especially with sales lady Thea. She has always been respectful and helpful. Always willing to help in any way she could. The property is well built but does lack a bit of storage space. But generally a lovely property that I am very pleased with. The location is great not to far from the town and plenty of places to visit. Customer service are quick and efficient at getting snagging results solved.

We have just moved into our new house, it’s been a long road to get here but Thea our sales advisor has been a delight, always helpful and supportive and kept us updated all the way, she is still on hand for the odd question and has visited us to make sure we are settled in. Great experience at Latune gardens, supported every step by George (and sometimes Lorraine). Head office (Heather) very helpful with our chain. Would definitely recommend this development - not that there are many houses left to buy now!

Amazing Support For Our First Home
My wife and I have just purchased our first home through Wain Homes and our Sales Advisor, Hannah Webb, was an absolute godsend. Fence repair
We had booked for someone to come and look at the fence in our garden. Paul arrived over a week early to check the garden for us to make sure he would have all of the resources required. He quickly realised he would be able to resolve the issue for us today and went to get what he needed. Paul had been to our house before and remembered my partner and our dog which was lovely. He fixed what needed repairing for us and went above and beyond to even fix the gate which I hadn’t realised there was an issue with! Excellent quick and friendly service. Thank you Paul!

I have just moved into a new build…
I have just moved into a new build house on the Wainhomes development at Higher Trewhiddle in St.Austell.Weather conditions had delayed completion.However,Michelle Salter and Simone in the sales office have done a marvellous job keeping us informed as to the progress of the build.When building conditions returned Michelle & Pete the site manager combined forces to get the job done.Even after completion,we've been contacted as to how we were getting on.

We bought our home at Hillwood Gardens,last year, and we’ve been very pleased with the overall quality of the property. The house was finished to a high standard, with a bright, modern layout that has made settling in easy and enjoyable.
We also want to highlight the excellent service and customer care we received from Wain Homes throughout the process. Their team has been responsive, supportive, and professional whenever we needed assistance, which made the entire experience much smoother.

From our first visit to Kingsley Manor, Ashley made us feel at ease and explained all our options to us in simple terms and with no pressure.
