5* all round. Delivery was super fast, quicker than I was expecting, but the real bonus was that my coat was less than half price than anywhere else. I was sure that 'it sounded too good to be true', but no! Coat is perfect and just what I wanted. Thank you!

The fella that I spoke with was brilliant at advising me on the sizing of my purchase , so so helpful & they have an extensive range of products . As I said FABULOUS.

Excellent customer service. The size I ordered was rather generous. I had no problem to contact the company over the phone, which is a lovely surprise as this is often impossible when ordering online these days!
I received a smaller size to try on within a couple of days with a return label already included. All free of charge. Perfect. Thank you very much.
