Shipping to New Zealand was very quick - and my coat is excellent.
Just one thing - I used the contact form on the website to ask for measurements (just two - hip and bicep) and didn't hear back. I contacted the coat manufacturer directly in the end - but they don't ship here, so came back to this shop.
But my experience of actually purchasing was very very good.

My new Parka coat exceeds my expectations. Great quality material, stylish and fits perfectly. Generous style will allow me to wear a jumper underneath if needed and still allow plenty of room for movement.

I’d not used this website before but was so impressed with the range of products and speedy delivery. I had seen a jacket elsewhere I really like but it was rather expensive, luckily the same jacket was on sale here and arrived the next day … just in time for a wet trip to Wales. Products are described and packaged well.
