I was searching for a Didrikson coat for ages but everywhere had sold out in my size. I came across ‘Walk the Storm’ and made an order. The coat arrived promptly but was a little too large so I called Walk the Storm and they swapped it over for a smaller size without hesitation. Excellent product knowledge too! Very impressed. Would definitely recommend and will be using this shop again in the future (over large department stores) also the green and blacks chocolate bar and reusable bag was a lovely touch. I was looking for a Didriksons Aino 3 Parka which had sold out in my size everywhere. Stumbled across Walk the Storm via Google, read the other online reviews and took the plunge. The coat arrive 48hrs later, beautifully packaged with a lovely tote bag, personal note and a small bar of chocolate. Fantastic service and great attention to detail.

What a fantastic company! Purchased an Ilse Jacobsen Rain 71 raincoat and I am absolutely delighted with it. I was unsure of the sizing but WTS provided exact coat measurements on their website which were the perfect advice for me to compare with an existing coat and buy the correct size !!!! I also felt very reassured about returns , no problem , if required, from other reviews! personal touches , emails , reassurances and also little gifts were included in parcel ! wow ! this company is a very rare find ! definitely going back !

Fantastic service! I ordered an ilse Jacobsen raincoat which I received 2 days later. Unfortunately the style was not for me and I rang for a returns label. The guy was so helpful, explaining the different styles in case I wanted to exchange. The label was emailed directly, easy to return and now only a few days later, my account has been refunded. I will definitely use Walk the Storm again and highly recommend the products and service.

While searching for a genuine waterproof jacket/coat I came across Walk The Storm.

They have a great selection of jackets and coats, much better than any other site I had been on.

After placing my order I had a phone call as I had incorrectly entered my email address, the chap calling was very nice and issue was quickly sorted. My beautiful pale blue Ilse Jacobsen raincoat is now being proudly worn in anticipation of a downpour. I think I’ll buy a few more in various colours as it’s properly waterproof and very stylish. Perfect for me when out with my trusty hound.
