I have ordered numerous samples for wallpaper, had no chance to even wait, it was on my doorstep within 48h. I came back for actual rolls and these arrived within 48h. Well packaged, wrapped and just great prices!! Spoke via email with customer service too, and they were wonderful and helpful, shout out to Nykita!!

I have been using Wallpapershop for the last 18 months and found everything about the company first class. They offer s great selection online, with a user friendly website. For me it is the after-sales that is so impressive; on contacting by telephone, the response is swift with no annoying options or waiting. Most of my queries have been dealt with Charlotte, who is so helpful; she really does go the extra mile which is so unusual by today's standards.Charlotte would be an asset to any company or organisation.

High quality stylish wallpaper. Excellent service, very quick delivery of samples and even quicker delivery of wallpaper. I had to ring to check batch number and Clare couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful.

I ordered two rolls of a wallpaper which sadly arrived looking nothing like advertised so I returned it via same delivery company Evri using a return label about two weeks ago. I keep emailing them asking for refund, they must have received it within 48 hours but they keep saying they have not. The label was tracked and they have received it indeed. You are an awful and shameless company! I will file a complaint with the consumer protection agency.

Addendum: the company is not telling the truth. I created the return label via the delivery company EVRI which they used for the delivery. That's the way everyone returns goods. When I emailed them the picture of the label after posting the goods back to them, they advised me to send it to a different address. Well, too late, you should have not provided me with a wrong label. I emailed you twice in two weeks asking politely if you have received it until your rude customer service representative sent me an abrupt email that my refund will not be issued unless it's delivered to their address. No more info was provided so excuse me for trying to get my money back!!! God knows how many people you have deceived like this. Already reported you for fraudulent activity.

Ordered online, with normal delivery and received my wallpaper in 2 days.
Lovely quality wallpaper that looks better in reality than in the picture.

I placed an order with the wallpaper shop on a Sunday evening and was very impressed that this arrived less than 48 hours later. Upon opening I realised that I had been sent a different wallpaper, so emailed their support desk and received an almost instant response advising me that they apologise and have sent out the correct order to me. Also told me to keep/dispose of the wrong roll of wallpaper meaning I didn’t have the hassle of having to sort the returns for this. Less than 24 hours after I reported the mistake, I had received the correct order. Very please with their delivery times and communication and would not hesitate to use them again in the future

This company don't even deserve one star!
I ordered my wallpaper on 9/11/24 and it still hasn't arrived on 22/11/24. I have emailed the company 3 times and they promise to look into this but then I get no further response. I have asked for a refund and they said no! I will now have to get in touch with my bank and report this as a scam. I would not go near this company again.

I bought wallpaper online but did not order the sample (which you had to pay for). The paper that arrived was a different colour than the picture online showed. The delivery note even gave a different description to the one I believed I ordered. I ordered “cobble stone wallpaper cream” and the delivery note said “brick wallpaper slate stone rustic”.

I will not order again online as obviously this matters. It is a lesson learned.

Wallpaper is fabulous quality firstly, my complaint is that the website does not state clearly about batch numbers, I placed an order but needed more so placed a second order for same wallpaper ? The second lot turned up darker than first lot ? Emailed the company to ask why it’s not clear about batch numbers, to be told this information is hidden in terms and conditions ? And when ordering more wallpaper you should do this via email or phone ? Now this to me is quite important to know and therefor shouldn’t be in terms and conditions and be in plain sight ? So why can’t you just be transparent firstly I want the colour I’m looking at advertised ? If you have different shades surely you show this on your site as when decorating shades actually matter ? And secondly why can’t you have a batch number option when ordering ? This is a basic part of the ordering process and I shouldn’t have to physically search through terms and conditions to find out that the wallpaper comes in different shades and that I have to call when wanting to place a second order? Your answer to my complaint was a pathetic attempt to justify the fact your website is insufficient when it comes to important information, quite underhanded to hide this info in terms and conditions ? Please correct your ordering process on your website? Just to be clear the background colour of the first lot is cream the second is grey ? If your supplying different shades show this, put an option for batch numbers show customers that there are different shades ? Not a lot to ask, and please sort out your customer service team rude to say the least

Shambolic customer service and not in the least helpful.Ordered a sample ( you have to pay for these ) but did not arrive.Sent messages to customer services but not helpful.They've lost a good size order beecause they couldn't be bothered to send out another one on first class post.never again.

Evri lost my wallpaper, I was offered a replacement and they kindly sent it express delivery as needed it asap, and I received it next day- today. Very greatful. Amazing customer service.

Unfortunately I haven’t order enough so I’ve now placed another order which is my own fault. Looking forward to my further rolls to come.

Very happy with the both the communication prior to arrival and the Rasch Red Linen Style Wallpaper purchased this week.

As I'd had an earlier sample I messaged to check the 5 rolls would have same batch numbers (which they were)

Nikita was extremely helpful with speedy replies.

I placed my order and paid for Express Delivery and was amazed at how quickly this was delivered the next day.

Only slight negative was Evri delivered 2 hour earlier then in ETA and left box on step but thankfully there when I got back home.

The wallpaper won't be hung until next year so can't comment on how good it will be for pasting and how it looks but up to now all in all a very good experience with the Wallpapershop.

Got to say I was very impressed with this company. I ordered 3 samples by mistake, it should have Been 3 rolls of wallpaper. I received an email straight away asking if I had ordered 3 samples. I replied acknowledging my mistake. This was yesterday and I received my wallpaper today. Thank you. I will definitely order from this company again!!!

Really shocked at the quality or lack of, of the wallpaper and customer service I have received. I always support small businesses as I run one myself and dont take bag reviews lightly, but sadly this small business doesn't deserve anymore custom from me or anyone else for that matter!

I bought wallpaper for my daughters room for her birthday surprise, hired a decorator to hang it for us so it was done when she got home. Her wall is a mess, the wallpaper is so so thin it has no backing paper, it's almost like craft paper, tears easily and is patchy. Some areas are thinner than others and with it being white it shows patchy on the wall (plain white wall behind)

I contacted wallpapershop via email and have been speaking to Charlotte, who requested photos and a batch number, I sent photos along with my order number but because I didn't hang the paper, or unwrap it myself I didn't have the batch number, to be totally honest I don't know anyone who keeps the batch number unless of course you needed to order more which I didn't!

Because I didn't have the batch number I have been told I can't have a refund, and I must line my plain white walls before wallpapering? What a nonsense 🙄 never have I had to line my walls before wallpapering.

I wouldn't recommend this company at all, and no doubt they will reply with, buy a sample next time. That seems to be their go to

Mixed feelings on this business. They send things out quickly and prices are decent. I had some wallpaper from them that is really lovely. But I ordered a large mural from them and it wasn't anything like the photos online - really fuzzy focus in reality but crisp lines on the website. They don't do samples for the murals. I sent it back, at my cost for postage, and got a refund. There were no reviews for the murals. Here's the worrying bit - I did reviews for all the things I bought. All the 5* reviews were published on their website - the 1* review I did for the mural has never appeared even though I did it 3 times, and asked them if they only publish 5* reviews and they just said to try again...so, if there are no reviews for something on the website it may be that they were all negative and then are invisible. So buy with caution or only things that have samples available.
The negative review is now on the website. Thank you Wallpaper Shop for acting so positively on this.

This wallpaper is beautiful and very easy to hang. We've had this up for a couple of years in our lounge/dining room as a feature wall and looks amazing. Unfortunately a corner of the paper got ripped and I purchased a sample from this company and you can't see any join. It's as good as new. Thank you so much. I thoroughly recommend this wallpaper to anyone who has style.

Speed of sending sample which was a fabulous size so we could really judge whether was suitable. Then the speed with which we received our order and the quality of the paper.

Fantastic shop where have you been all my years of DIY I have purchased paper from a lot of shops and had issues being cheaply made or pattern definitely being off of coming off infact ....However Loved my paper from this company I've lived in my home 6yrs and I've changed my chimney wallpaper 5 times lol I'm a Virgo has to be perfect in my heart I just wasn't keen or happy everytime. So last attempt and I'm over the moon even today writing this I wanted to love my home and being in it after suffering with my mental health over the years I just wasn't happy here now my house is coming together nicely main room the living room focal point the chimney had to make me nod everytime I seen it being the last attempt and it does i actually walk in the room and think yep that's definitely the one I actually feel satisfied. It was so easy to match up not alot of excess waste each match up good quality too that was priority didnt rip soon as i pasted it and was workable easy after it was pasted it didnt rip nor did the print come off when wiped like previous stores I've purchased from. Mega bonus was the it's the most realistic cobble paper I've seen.... Ive seen another £59 😳 a roll!!! Crazy money i couldnt no way afford that then i found this site and I loved it soon as i found it i got 2 rolls of a beautiful realistic cobble paper and only needed 1 first time thats happened normally go over the 1 roll and best thing was it disguised the fact my walls are awful condition behind it I'm not joking !!! Will definitely use this company again thank you for an affordable beautiful design thats made me smile feel good about my home and the progress I'm making 😊
