Would highly recommend! Ordered from world of wallpaper & my first order came with the roll slightly damaged. I contacted customer services, had a friendly, helpful response almost immediately. And received the replacement roll all within a week. Super great customer service, fast & gorgeous wallpaper.

Great telephone support
I tried to order on line but the paper I wanted was temporary out of stock. So I called them and spoke with Dani, who explained the situation, checked when the sto k would be there, sent me a link to pay and then informed mee all the way until the paper arrived, it was only out of st ok for a few days. Great service, Dani was a delight to talk to and email with. Would definitely use them again.

Different colour wallpaper received …
The wallpaper I thought I had ordered from the photo on the website was navy and terracotta. The wallpaper I received was teal and rust, which does not match my colour scheme. When I emailed, I was told that I had received the correct order number. I have returned the wallpaper and am still waiting for a refund

Really went above and beyond, they sourced the Laura Ashley Wallpaper I needed, even though it wasn’t a product line usually carried by the company, on top of that they organised for it to be delivered to Australia, I was amazed at how quickly it arrived especially coming from the United Kingdom, I am so incredibly grateful to have received the Wallpaper and to have had such a positive experience, thank you again, I will remember what a joy it was to deal with Wallpaper World and especially Henry and Dani every time I walk in the room and see it.

Decorater said paper was very thin when…
Decorater said paper was very thin when paste was on it & he wouldn’t advise if you had imperfections in your walls. I had to have my walls lined first. Also decorater said it’s not an easy paper to match and there is a lot of wastage

I have never used World Of Wallpaper…
I have never used World Of Wallpaper before but I found the site easy to navigate. They stock a vast choice of wallpapers in many colours and patterns.I ordered around 20 samples to decide on my lounge make over, they took about a week to arrive but were of a good size so you can imagine a complete length. There was a wide range of prices to choose from to suit all budgets. I have chosen my 2 papers for the lounge and will be ordering the full rolls soon. Customer service even recommended a paper to use with my feature wall choice. I will use World of wallpaper in the future
