Beware of all the postage costs
The product is good, the customer service is good BUT please be aware if you don’t read their small print that you will pay for delivery and if the wallpaper is wrong and needs to be returned you will pay for that too. So it can become a costly exercise to use this company. This is worth noting as you can be £10s of pounds down with all these postage costs.

It is correct that there may be a shipping charge, we are very transparent about this, you do not need to look through any small print. We also offer free UK delivery for orders over £75. Also, we do pay for return postage in cases where the wallpaper is 'wrong', but it is at the customer's expense if it is simply unwanted.

Being able to get samples made it easier to choose the right colour. The online calculator meant I didn't order more than needed. It was delivered quickly and the quality is great.

Disappointing paper quality
Decent price, good delivery (time & packaging), disappointing paper quality - too easily blemished & torn when wet. Each drop shrank when dried out revealing very thin strips of wall between.

Absolutely gorgeous looking paper the picture doesn't really illustrate how glistening the cream section is. I'm only going to use it above the fireplace but it will look stunning and will be a real feature. My decorator loves it.

Dreadful delivery service.
The wallpaper itself was excellent – good quality and exactly as described. Unfortunately, the delivery service provided by Parcelforce was absolutely dreadful and completely spoiled the experience.
Despite our address being correct, Parcelforce failed to deliver our order on five separate occasions, giving a variety of excuses including “unable to gain access”, “incorrect address”, and “unable to find address”. None of these reasons were valid.
The World of Wallpaper customer service team did try to help resolve the issue, but after waiting so long I eventually had no choice but to place a second order. This meant paying extra and losing the discount that had applied to the original order. We were told the first order had been returned to the sender and that a refund could only be processed once it had been received back.
To make matters worse, the second order also failed to arrive on time, with Parcelforce giving similar excuses. Incredibly, after nearly two weeks of delays, both orders were delivered on the same day! We are now left with the inconvenience of returning one of the orders to obtain a refund.
All this hassle for just three rolls of wallpaper. While I can’t fault the quality of the wallpaper or the efforts of the customer service team, the delivery service was so poor that I would think twice before ordering again.

Received two orders of faulty paper!
We ordered wallpaper from them and when our decorator opened the rolls there was a fault in the paper. I was then asked to supply video evidence of the fault while they went away and investigated. This took some time and I lost my decorator to another job. When they eventually decided to send replacement paper we were very grateful. Our decorator opened the rolls (we had to wait nearly a month before he could come back) to discover they have the same fault running through them. Upon checking we realised they were from the same batch so it was inevitable. Will no doubt now have to go through the battle of answering more questions and supplying more videos to be believed. And have lost our decorator again! Think twice before you order from them - its a full time job!
